“This is a cute boutique that has handmade items for your home or gifts for loved ones. The shop has a new owner, Karen, who has impressed me with her helpfulness. In December, I purchased some jewelry (made by locals in the area) and an ornament that I wanted personalized. In 10 minutes, Karen painted on the name and date for my friend. In January, I had a bracelet in need of repair. I didn't know where to take it. Then, I remembered the customer service provided at this shop. In one week my bracelet was ready and fits perfectly. They decorate for each season. The Christmas decor has been changed and ready for Valentine's day. A few years ago, I attended a fundraiser here. They sectioned off an area and refreshments were served. This is what I like, a small business engaged in the community. Shop Covina and don't forget to tell 'em Rosemary sent ya!”

“Awesome vintage store! They got everything from apparel, shoes, jewelry & everything else you can think of. Lots of variety for sure. Pat & Kevin are also some of the sweetest people I know very helpful & knowledgeable about their items at store! My kids like shopping here as well.”

“I manage an Apt bldg. I had to order custom vertical vanes and Jose (sales person) was friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure how many vanes - I needed. He suggested, that I measure the headrail or count the clips on the existing headrail to get an exact count to prevent an undercount or overage. The price quoted was competitive and fair. I give a Big Thumbs Up. I ordered Thurs afternoon and Jose said would be ready at 9am on Sat. Thats what I call service.”

“An emergency stop at this location to purchase a cigarette charger for my cellphone. Never leave home without one of this especially if you are driving or riding in a car that's not yours. Store is clean and organized, I had an easy time looking for what I needed and out of there in no time and not a line!”

“We have new management here at Ross, and we all try to work hard to get the store back into order, but people say in there comment the store is a mess Hmm ! We clean up the customer mess because people can't put stuff back where they got it from. It's nice to see nice comments it's nice to see other people's opinion but what gets me is that people don't understand you can only do so much , stuff on the floor is from the customers not from the employees people drop something at least pick it up we have customers all the time that just leave their stuff around like we're their maids , people aren't watching there kids it look like a daycare center , we should be working as a team not working against each other. This is our place our community our Ross Store, if you go out Newport Beach you don't see Ross Store looking like a big mess things on the floor why because customers have respect for each other and pick up after themselves in Newport Beach . over here it's not like that customer don't care so they throw things on the ground , and it make us look bad, if we all work together pick up the shoes you don't want or the toy your child took down or store wouldn't look like it a mess. I've gone to stores other stores like Macy's that there's only two cashiers. Why because people call out yes there's a lot of young kids work at the store these days people don't want to work especially on the weekends, so please have patience with the cashier , put yourself in our shoes . We try our best to help everybody get everybody out as soon as possible.. I always ask please removed the hanger so we can get you out faster. And I think it rude when people are checking out being on there phone. We try are best especially on the weekends. To get you out. Someone told me stop caring so much for this store. But I work very hard to make things look good that how we where brought up to make things look good. Also if you don't want something just give it to the cashier they leaving it anywhere. On my days I work I do my best to make sure everything look good. It the customer who make the mess not the employees. So please appreciate us . Thank you for reading my comment. “I love Joann! I love buying Stuff I need for sewing, Cricut supplies and everything especially using their coupons which I saved lots. This Covina location has many options and it's one of my favorite store but.... there is one their cashier Cathy is really grumpy and not really helpful.
