This is for the Metro PCS on No. Citrus in Covina, CA. I have been a loyal customer with Metro for over 8 years and have never had a problem. Have always dealt with the store on 500 N. Azusa Ave in West Covina with no problems. A few weeks ago when they didn't have the phone that I wanted to purchase I went to the Metro PCS on 1385 No. Citrus in Covina, CA. They had the phone I wanted but quoted me a different price then was advertised online, the man offered me a 100 dollar discount so I purchased the phone. While I was completing the purchase he kept trying to sell me other products such as a tablet and a charger block which I declined. Later in the day I checked my account online and saw that my monthly plan had a new price of 10 dollars more a month that I was paying. I called customer service and was told that it was because I had purchased insurance on the new phone. I assured them that I had not done that and the representative adjusted the price. I also told them about the price difference on the phone, but because of the discount I let that go. Bottom line is I would not feel comfortable ever doing business with the No. Citrus store again as I feel that they were a little underhanded with the whole transaction. I still like Metro PCS or new name Metro by T-mobile But I will be very careful about which store I shop at. Sticking with my original store on 500 N. Azusa Ave in West Covina.

This metro ox’s was great when I went I wasn’t going to purchase my first iPhone yet but the employee told me about a great deal they had an couldn’t refuse I walked out the door with a brand new iPhone 11 for Less then 500 and the price I pay is great the due date of my bill is also a winner I can’t complain about nothing

The manager of this store goes above and beyond her call of duty as a manager! She is awesome ??. She knows everything about cell phones. She will NOT sell you anything you canNOT Afford. If you have any problems with your phone she will look at it and try to help you before you decide to trade it in and purchase a new one. Actually, the entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable

I should’ve asked for their name since they were absolutely astounding at the assistance and knowledge of the product I was asking for! Definitely recommend this metro shop because of the associate that assisted me.

This place has really bad service I went over there before 8:00 and there was nobody inside the store I waited for 5 minutes till they come back then I seen two girls walking back I told him I've been waiting for 5 minutes and I was there before 8:00 and that girl gave me attitude and told me they were closed this is the worst MetroPCS ever I'm about to change phone companies

Folks beware of unprofessional and disrespectful untrained employees at the location in question. I went there around 6 pm to pay my bill. There were 2 employees working there their names are logan and jarilyn.there were 2 other people in the store at the time. I didn't have my phone with me and gave the wrong number to Logan who was waiting on me.he said he couldn't pull up my account unless I had my correct phone number. I called my girlfriend and she gave me the number. I gave it to Logan and he found my account. As I was paying the bill. I was rudely asked for the payment in an impatient manner and tone as I looked for the amount , I asked Logan to be patient I am getting it. Then the other employee interrupted and said not to speak to her employee in a rude manner.. I told her he was being rude. She began arguing the fact with me. And told me to get out of her store and she was not going to accept my payment. I Told her not to be hostle towards me and let me make my payment. She threatened me with security so I went out side to get in my car and the police came up to me.she had called them.said I threatened her and I did nothing of the sort.she does not need to be in a business which deals with the public. The officer told me to report her to corporate metro pcs because she has done this before to other customers. She has called them before for similar disputes. She is nothing but a bully abusing her manager tittle. I will be following up on his advice and hopefully they will fire both of these bad attitudes.
