I'd like my bank to answer the phone or at least have an option to speak to a human being.When I need help, I would like to be able to sit down with someone from my bank to talk to.You cannot get a person on the telephone. You have to drive down period are you can try to make an appointment online, which takes 2 to 3 weeks for someone to even get the appointment set for you periodCustomer service is going right out the door as you're sitting there on your couch looking at your phone..For such a small town I've never had to wait so long. It's always such a long wait to get service in here. And so shocking for such a small town it's a shame that we get charged left and right for everything now. Instead of them working for us we are now working for them. And then we gotta wait a 1/2 hour just to make AA deposit. Eddie

Ashley helped me out with a detail oriented account issue that I tried to fix at 3 different branches and on the phone in Texas, but it took meeting Ashley at chase to resolve it!

Used to close at 6, I guess they updated to close at 5. Got here a few minutes after with customers still in lobby but they said they couldn't let me in.

The CHASE here in Crescent City is to say the least one of the worst . The staff appears to be very unhappy and from my experience they don't really care to be dealing with anyone who walks in to this branch. Beyond the unprofessional customer service and for me personally I have an issue with any bank that doesn't honor their own checks. Upon bringing in a CHASE check I was told it exceeded the amount they could cash the check for. Just another s*** bank more interested in lining their own pockets than providing good banking services to their customers.

Wrong day wrong time showed up at 1259 when the lady at the front clocked the door to be fair there was a sign in the door saying that on this day at this time the bank will be closed for an hour, which I didn't think was a big deal since they have an outside ATM which I walked up to only to find out that the ATM was down

Not sure what all the complaints are about ive never had an issue here and ive been a customer here since 2014 :) (5) stars clean bank inside and out (5) stars atm is easy & fast to use safe & well lit (5) stars plenty space to park infront & side streets (5) stars all there employees are amazing They always greet with a smile and remember you whats impressive is even if the lines are long they get through them timely

Yesterday I made my third attempt to make a deposit of around $x000 in cash and checks at your Crescent City, CA 95531 location. Once again this became a joke in the customer service playbook! Attempt one failed because your ATM rejected several perfectly good $100 bills and counted the remaining $xx00 as $xx00 or about $xx00 SHORT! I chose to have the money returned however the touch screen was barely working so that action took multiple "touches" of the touch screen! Believe me that will raise your blood pressure! Several days later I returned to the same ATM. This machine is basically inaccessible from a vehicle so I parked four feet out as usual got out my cane and walked over (I'm 75 and have a handicap due to extreme and continual back pain). I inserted my card entered my pin and was confronted with a screen with the deposit button greyed out, as in not operative. Once again the touch screen was not working correctly and it took numerous "touches" to get my card back! Which brings us to my THIRD attempt, yesterday. We drive up to your "bank" and notice a long line of cars at the ATM as usual. I decide to forgo the ATM and go inside even though it will cause me pain. We are parked right in front of the main door which clearly states open 9-5. I call to make an appointment, ask when the next appointment is and I'm told "we're closed"! I try to explain that the front door clearly states 9-5 and then explain to the "manager" that US BANK is CLEARLY taking advantage or the pandemic by shortening hours and requiring appointments, and not sending out ANY notice of either! and that every other business that I know of makes due with masks and distancing. No wonder you have a huge line at the ATM your branch is essentially closed! In this town US Bank continues you be a rude, sick joke on the public it's supposed to serve. Looking back in my phone records I made my call to your manager at 4:01 while she claimed they close at 4:00. NOW THERE IS IS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE/APPRECIATION FOR YOU!!!! Doesn't it make you feel all warm and fuzzy? That kind of goes along with the time I dropped $35K into your bank only to receive a hearty "there you go" as a thanks you! So this time I had to keep $xxxx at home for a week because US Bank equipment and service absolutely SUCKS! Please supply me with contact information for a district manager or some other manager who could have an impact on this armpit of customer service!

I called about 6 times NO ANSWER.Its a week day about 11:00After 6th try A man did answer and was rude!!!I will find another bank...thankyou very much!!!!

I have had nothing but positive, friendly, FAST service here. opened an account the very day I scheduled it. the man was nice and funny. walked me through the process. the tellers are all polite and well dressed. clean nice atmosphere.
