“I am so very pleased with the two arrangements that my mom and I ordered for a funeral this week. We wanted the flowers delivered to the funeral home the day before because I think it looks better to have all the flowers displayed before the family and other mourners arrive and it was an early morning viewing (10am). I ordered a Blue & White Sympathy Standing Spray (medium) for $184.99, plus tax. It was GORGEOUS! I wish I had a photo of it because it was worth every penny. I was more than impressed with the arrangement and I heard others compliment it as well. My mom ordered the red roses, and I did get a photo of those. They were beautiful and fresh, and the arrangement was put together professionally, with no loose or broken roses. We did contact another florist first, but the customer service and phone friendliness was not there so we called El Cerrito Florist and I am SO HAPPY we did. They delivered on time and we are 100% satisfied with their service and beautiful flowers and exquisite arrangements. I would HIGHLY recommend El CerritoFlorists and I will absolutely use them again. “I HIGHLY recommend Juanita's flower shop. They did the florals for my wedding in September of last year and we were all stunned by how breathtaking they were. First of all, they provided exceptional service, they met with me and very clearly understood my vision and created a true masterpiece that was better than any of the references I showed them. On the day of my wedding they even surprised me with two options for my bouquet, and I am so grateful because I actually ended up choosing the second option and I was SO happy! In our guestbook, a lot of our guests wrote about the flowers and how stunning they looked. We were working with a budget and Juanita's figured out a way to make it work without sacrificing the wow factor. The flowers were one of the best parts of my wedding, thank you so much! “I came in today to purchase some carnations and am very happy I did. I've never been here before but I was referred to this place by Stems & Pedals in Pinole. I came to Richmond only after the Pinole establishment didn't carry any carnations. After purchasing the flowers I had an interesting conversation with the owner(s). His family has been in business I believe 100 years. There is a lot of history here. He has a colorful background and is a very approachable fellow. The service was really good. Worth returning to. The price was reasonable too.”

“I had to write a review for these guys because I was so blown away by their service and how they went the extra mile for me on Valentines day. I wanted to send a valentine to my wife and daughter and I just picked the lowest package and told them to address the card to both and I wrote a little message, added in some chocolates, very standard. I had called them the day of hoping they could do a same day delivery and they said no problem and the conversation ended with that they didn't know when I would get it, just by EOD today, which yeah all made sense.Well, here's where the magic starts. So that was around 10am in the morning, I think it must have been about 1pm or so when I see them pull up, so I go tell my daughter to see who's at the door, and not only do they hand over my big vase of flowers but they had put together a little mini arrangement in a valentines day coffee cup, just for my daughter. Oh if you could have seen how excited she was that she got her very own valentines delivered to her, that she could carry and show her mom, well, it was really special.That wasn't something I thought of, that was just a special touch added by the B & B Floral team.So, yes, these guys have my business for life and I'll be getting all my valentines day flowers and all my other flowers from them going forward, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!”

“I recommend Char's Flower Shoppe for funeral cross arrangements and custom requests. I purchased 'peaceful crossover' in dark purple. The flowers are beautiful and they were able to include a custom request for my favorite flower, lisianthus. The color is perfect. They were sure to call me and clear up any questions about delivery. The cross is still looking quite beautiful 7 days later to my surprise and the fragrance of stock is lovely. I've never purchased a professional arrangement so the price was a little hard for me to accept, but it was worth it for my late grandmother-in-law's funeral. She would have been so flattered. I chose the standard size but would go ahead and get a larger version if I had the money since it's not that much more. I've included a picture of the arrangement from the first day and also on the 7th day, still looking great. I did add water when it started to dry out. Thank you Neil.”
