Everyone here provided outstanding service, especially Johnny and Jenny. They were always quick to answer my calls and respond to any questions I had, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Every time I picked up my car, it was returned to me spotless and freshly washed, which I really appreciated.
Another thing that impressed me was how clean and well-maintained the shop is. Unlike many body shops that feel messy or disorganized, this place is exceptionally clean, organized, and professional.

“I just want to come on here and say this is the best customer service I have had in my life. I contacted voxx products regarding two missing rim caps I needed. Not thinking much would happen because I was told from multiple rim shops that they had no idea what rims I had. I couldn’t find any replacement caps in person, but also, I had no idea what rims I had on my truck since it is used. So I did some research and eventually came across their website. I got a reply back within 5 minutes with information on the rims I had and the caps I needed, Jorge V helped me out to the best of his ability and I am more then satisfied with how he helped me. Not only did he help me out with my order but he got me 4 free caps leaving me with spending nothing since the rims I have on my truck have been discontinued for a long time now. I wish there was more I could do to show this family owned business recognition on how amazing they are. “Ace Tech did a great job on repairing my Tesla model 3. Service was exceptional. Staff was very knowledgeable, including the insurance aspect. The service on my Tesla is equivalent to the Tesla dealership or better as I had Tesla look at the vehicle as well. They also provided assistance with the rental car and called the insurance company multiple times. And the car was washed, cleaned, and they even organized the times in the trunk. and even folded a towel I had left in the back seat.”

“Great customer service to start off. Wheels and tires arrived fully assembled, balanced and TPMs installed along with all the lug nuts and locks. As they state on their website, you will get a call to go over any possible fitment issues. Shipping to the Midwest only took a few days. The packaging went above and beyond what I was expecting as well. I purchased a set of Giovanna Tulum 24×10 wheels and a suggested set of 275/35/75 Lexani LX Twenty tires. I think they look fantastic and super happy with my purchase.”
