“I needed a copy of an old check to prove I made a payment and was having trouble using the app. I went in to the branch inside the John Ferrero building and Nadia Vallecillos and Angel Rodriguez were amazingly helpful. Not only were they able to obtain the copy of the check, they did so after going above and beyond an effort I was expecting. “I was there 5 min. before closing (5pm), the teller was very nice. Someone had hacked my debit card, put another phone number in my profile, so when I talked to fraud dept. They could not identify me, since code was sent to hacker #. I couldn't get it. The teller fixed my profile,replaced my bent debit card, printed 3 pages of checks. We were done 10 min. after closing! He was a gentleman and stayed the extra time, just to help me.”
