“Ms. Jones assisted me today with a Cashier’s Check and she went above and beyond providing service. I had the address for the check included on the paper with the information that needed to go on the check and she typed out an envelope for me to send it in without being asked. She also provided a copy of the transaction and noted that many customers asked for it when getting a check for a loan payoff which was also a nice extra and going out of her way to look out for the customer. I also needed to complete a form to include and she was able to print it out for me. All the extras and conducted with a super pleasant demeanor- thank you Ms. Jones!”

“Visalakshi Anande, heard me, so carefully, was able to send me the form via email, explained to me step by step, how to fill the form in order to convert my SBI Pension Savings Account in India into an NRO account. That form will act as KYC, then next I can go to India and liquidate my de-mat SBI Securities on to my NRO Savings. In 2022 I went to get my daughter married, spent two weeks in Mumbai, thinking I would get help. I went to SBI HQ where i worked for 21 years. I went to SBI Cap section, no one heard my story, they made me go from Nariman Point to Lower Parel so many times. I went with all original certificates as my husband passed away on February 10, 2019. The rented flat where we lived got sealed by the landlord, so I did not have an address to give them i gave them my sister's address and cell number. But that does not work in KYC. By the time I left India and reached USA. SBI Caps told me via email, nothing was done, because KYC is missing and they mailed all the death certificates to my sister. Now with Ms. Anande's guidance, when I go to India, in January 2026, SBI Sec. will be able to sell the de-mat shares and put in my NRO Savings and I can also put a Nominee for the NRO Savings. I wish more staff become like Ms Anande. She reminded of myself as I worked in SBI, my service was full of mercy and compassion.”

“Out of frustration over impersonal inadequate service, at this small community bank, I posted a review. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by bank manager Marta with whom I’ve had a long term relationship with prior to pandemic. I believe that’s when the system changed. I shared with her my recent transaction experience. As in the past Marta was always open and available to help. Without hesitation Marta took care of my request and followed up for confirmation. Not having a bank manager like Marta on site was the missing link to my dissatisfaction. Her support and availability was affirming. Overseeing the banks employees response to interact genuinely and positively with customers is valuable to retaining them. Having an exemplary employee like Marta is the main reason I’ll continue to bank with PP.”

“I had initiated a global transfer on my local branch prior to my vacation, however due to a system glitch, the wire was cancelled. As luck would have it, I transitted in LA n was staying nearby LAX. The Sepulvuda branch was bustling, but we were able to reinitiate the wire, called the relevant teams for confirmation, and got the wire done during my transit. Kudos to Mr. Rodriguez n his team for getting everything going (and appreciate the direction to the nearest In-n-Out Burgers)”

“My new debt card cvc was only two numbers. It's supposed to have three. Lol! No worries, I made an appointment and stopped in the next day.
My appointment was with Stacey. Not only did she apologize for the defective card (the card printer being repaired) she ordered me a new replacement card. Also while I was there, she helped me with setting up my direct deposit and online login. Stacey is fabulous!
I have had online banking in the past but I like to have my banking relationship with a real location with a real person. And there's free parking in the back.
