They ordered it and did the installation the very next day. Bradley was great to work with—very professional, always on time, and kept us updated throughout the process. Jonah handled the installation and did a fantastic job with both the setup and the clean-up. He explained how everything worked and what we should do to keep our new warranty in good shape. “The owner is a very knowledgeable lady who really knows her stuff. My e-bike’s rear tire was damaged because it got stuck on a stapler, and I was worried it might happen again. If she hadn’t told me about the options between air-filled and solid tires, I honestly wouldn’t have known. Thanks to her advice, I chose a solid tire, and my bike was repaired perfectly.
She also repaired it super fast — I dropped it off at noon, and it was ready to pick up in the afternoon! Repairing an e-bike can be quite complicated since you need to remove the rear motor, but she handled it very professionally.
After changing to the solid tire, I felt the ride was a bit bumpier than before, with some shaking. She quickly found the reason and added a small cushion pad in the wire box to reduce the vibration. She also helped adjust my seat to make it more comfortable and better balanced, since I didn’t have much experience with e-bikes before.
Now it rides very smoothly, and I don’t have to worry about the tire breaking again. I’m very satisfied with the repair.
