Needing a filled gas cylinder, I called around to several welding supplies and settled on United Welding Supply. Wayne was very helpful and provided exceptional service. He even took my partially filled 20# CO2 cylinder and gave me a fair trade-in value. Exceptional service and great value, what more can you ask for these days? I highly recommend!”

“Always drove by this propane spot and never thought to refill my tank here since I just typically switch out at one of those self-service stalls. STOP DOING THAT AND COME HERE INSTEAD!Came Sunday morning just 1 person ahead of me and I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. The guy will help unload the propane tank from your car and reload it back into your car.It was super cheap to fill and I was charged $17 for my refill on a 15lb tank. Always coming here from now on.”

“This lady here finally used this amazing service and I’d like to share my experiences with all you lovely people who see my stuff and follow my suggestions. For the first time this 52 year old required assistance for her moving and came across the exceptional customer service given to me by Sales & Support from Corp. Reservations office. On 7/30/23 I left my call back # for U-Haul to return my call and this happened…Kevin AKA “Ali” was the Angel sent agent that heard me out during my call. I explained it was my very first time using U-haul and briefly explained my health condition to Kevin…he assured that he would assist in all that was possible to making this the best decision ever on using their services. I was asked a few personal questions about the size of my moving needs and from their all went super well and easygoing! A truck rental for 24hrs the pick location closest to me, the additional items needed for my moving of certain items and most importantly the needed help of movers from a 3rd party that U-haul and the estimated hours based on what I had and from where to where were the items being hauled to, Kevin the estimated time was on point 3 hours was all it took. This is used to make the loading and unloading as simple as can be to their customers! Download of an app. on to my cell phone and all my information would be their for future references. Easy drop of if truck and also easy payment process to the movers all sent to my phone. Literally Kevin made sure all that I required was available to me and or my family assisting me with no problem what so ever. It really took just a few minutes to do and all over the cell, just needing to pick up the truck and from their everything else would be fine and ready. I appreciate people like Kevin and applaud his services because when a man helps out a lady not knowing her personally but hearing her out and doing everything to assure that what is needed is given and that she can rest assured that all will be fine for me…that’s gold! Thank you again Kevin, muchas muchas Gracias keep up the amazing work you do for your customers and bravo! picked up my rental at Paramount location and there my experience was red carpet service given to me by Andrea who made sure the truck rental was the correct size based on the items that needed to be hauled by the movers. I decided to make an upgrade and I can thank Andrea for that great call because the perfect size vehicle was provided for everything to be taken in & out in just 1 move! Andrea brought the vehicle out and made sure all the equipment rentals I requested with Kevin were in the truck and explained again the payment and drop off of the vehicle and the app. information if I needed more time too all in the app, available to me by a touch of a few buttons. My personal stuff was already on file from Kevin handling that over the phone at local office screen shots of Driver’s license & payment information were confirmed. Thank you Andrea for your help and outstanding customer service! Robert the Manager came over to remind me that when payment to the movers was ready provided the # sent to me via text to my phone that was their code to receive the payment and to make sure that it was given until the service was done not before also the amount of gas in vehicle and what needed to be returned when dropping of truck. I was sent a text like an hour or less after leaving confirming my needed of start time for the moving. Movers arrived before scheduled time and my family could help with packing and directing while they moved and got everything hauled away and this made it super easier for everyone, drop off hauling was completed payment to movers ✅?drop off my rental handled by Adriana and Robert Manager at local branch with ease too and extremely helpful and professional! “My friend and i were treated with fast trac service A+ and we didnt even have a reservations. johnathon the young gentelman was so professional and helpful he seemed like he has been doing his job for years (customer service) thank you johnathon i was the passenger with my friend m cerda and i think i had left window open i called spoke with nice rep jeanette who then trasnfer me to ndu they were all very nice and helpful thank u and for managers who read this you should really keep ur eyes on ela cust service rep johnathon for his age he was so professional i was completely blown away of his etiquette in customer service it takes people years to be that good in CS he is a keeper i do job placements for a living im going to be upfront i would probably take him from uhaul but he looks like he really enjoys serving and helping customers with u-haul u got a winner there hard ti find these days and who ever trained him kudos to you to. I was a very satisfied with rental and service m.cerda i recieved i was contact person on his contract. i was really suprised ela rating being low because i didnt experience nothing but help and in and out excellent service. “I had an amazing experience with U-Haul at this location. Retrieving the U-Haul after hours for a reservation of 9:00PM was fast and easy. Equipment was clean and instructions were clear; I even had to extend my rental and that was fast and easy through the app. I have a great expectation of every service now because of the quick and easy experience I had at this location. The cost was also very at par with every other factor, the price was $123 for almost the 48hrs I had it in use! Great value and friendly service when I went back to drop it off! Thank you to the young gentleman that came out to retrieve the truck although I got there a few minutes before office closing time. Thank you so much Koreatown U-Haul & Employees!”

“Plenty of UHAUL equipment to fit your needs. They have Vans, Trucks, Trailers, Box trucks in different sizes. I typically go here bc I need a cargo van from time to time and they have more than enough vans here for rent. Really easy to place a reservation online. Highly recommend downloading the UHAUL app is it makes the check in/out process super fast & easy. Service is good. Moving supplies like boxes, dollys, bubble wrap, tape etc. can be found inside. They also have propane tanks that you can switch out or refill on property.”

He took the time to review the history on the vehicle and discovered that the damage in question was pre-existing. He made it clear to me that he and U-Haul as a company value their customers and work to earn long-time, repeat, customers. He apologized for how the situation was handled and for the stress it caused me. I appreciate his effort to make it right. The value of that cannot be overstated.”

“Everything was as good as it could be.The staff was courteous, the process extremely easy and quick, no hidden charges, and the vehicle was in terrific shape.Got an extension without any hassle, and returned it one day late without receiving any notice or harassing emails.Price was fair, as well. The daily charge was a great deal---the mileage charge is fairly steep with these brand new Silverados, but I will still use Uhaul next time, anyway, even if I have to do a lot of driving.Cannot get better than that.I would even consider Uhaul as a means of renting a vehicle if I have car problems, because the service was so much better than car renters', who are incredibly dishonest in comparison, and make the process much more complicated.Thank you, UHaul.I don't get to write reviews like this one too often.Outstanding.”

Don, himself, was even crawling around under my car with the goal of helping me save money renting a trailer vs a full truck. Friendly, fun atmosphere in the retail area, too.
