“The truck was in great condition loved the new equipment aside from that, it could have been a 2000 Chevy box truck I still would have been happy the staff here are amazing I got in got my rental and was on the road I need it for a little more time called in got that taken care of no problem when I arrived to return it the gentlemen at the counter recognized me and he said ill take the keys and email you a receipt I was a little worried because I had put in extra fuel, some places will haggle you for the reimbursement amount but when I got my receipt I was so proud the amount reimbursed seemed fair to the degree I believe fair would be and that just really made my day. I dont know the gentlemen name but this guy he deserves an award for his outstanding character”

“Tay (from the U-Haul in Paramount/Long Beach) was AMAZING!!! I’m so grateful she was there to help us!! Moving is a lot, and you’re bound to forget things… I forgot the locks on our U-Haul boxes (which were already up and loaded!) Thankfully, Tay was SUPER understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! So much so that when TWO of my locks didn’t work, she gave me replacements! I just can’t express how grateful I am that she was so willing to not only bring down one box, but THREE boxes because I couldn’t remember which one wasn’t locked. So amazing!!! What started as a bad day ended great with her kindness! Thank you, Tay!!! We are so appreciative!!!”
“I’ve rented U-Hauls from this location several times, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is always polite, professional, and genuinely helpful.
I’ve even seen the staff take the time to help customers who weren’t familiar with the app or needed assistance making a reservation on their phones. That level of customer service really stands out.
The place is always clean, and the entire lot is well maintained, especially considering it’s a very busy location on a major intersection.

“Why not it called U-Haulywood? Haha. If you say that pay me a dollar. Any way. I rented a truck here it was smooth it was easy it was everything you wanted it to be. Summight say the people there are really great and kind. I agree. They were really easy to work with and nice to me. OH ALSO I left my wallet in the truck I’m such a big mess they called me they said hey lil girl we got your lil girl wallet. Just kidding they were professional. I’m not a lil girl it’s not an insult I’m just not a girl. Picked it up happy-as-a-clam. My computer told me to get a 15-footer I did and yep it was cheap and easy and also wasn’t big enough for all of my stuff to fit into it. Not a dig on the truck he did allllll he could bless his heart I just had to much stuff. Any way much love and thanks for my wallet. Recommend here for getting a truck for sure :D”
“Sandro the service manager and Roger service mechanic were amazing. I'm a mobile dog groomer and have a propane tank under my van. The guard got squished on a curb. They could have easily sold me a new tank, but instead they said my tank is still good and it's just the guard that needs to be fixed. They took the guard off straightened it out and they even put paint on the tank to protect from rust. They did an amazing job and I will be telling everyone about it!”

“As I need to get emergency gas asap I had no choice but to stop by this location. As you can see all the gas pumps are open. They both focus on regular gas and even diesel. They are some pumps just focused on diesel especially for the truck drivers this is a good location for you guys. As for me I got regular gas. And they also have the stuff for you to clean your car if needed. It is a small location btw.

“Nice clean place, could use a bit of help at the front counter as their processing isn’t the quickest. They do have plenty of packing materials and for sure the prices for boxes, plastic wrap, bubble wrap are way better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. All in all it’s a good option if you’re In the need of a nice clean spot to rent a vehicle or get some packing items.”
“Honestly, one of the best places to get propane the only downside is that they don’t honor their closing time. I rushed halfway town for them to close 10 minutes early.”

“I'm not sure there's anything that could be done to improve on what was a great experience at this U-Haul location. I had reserved the pickup truck online the day before, so the wait was minimal and very fast! The U-Haul customer assistance/sales/rental agent onsite, Joanne Inouye was very professional, personable, friendly and expeditious in her role there. I hope I remembered her first name correctly! :p Last name is definitely correct because we talked about the two Inouye sisters I went to high school with years ago and thought she may be related, but no. lol....

“Fix your reservation system. When I reserve through the app i write my credit card details then take a picture of my DL and everything that is ask on the app. I take the time to do it. Only to get to the location and do it ALL AGAIN. Pointless. Waste of time for me and your personnel too. Probably this comment will be pointless as well. Just wasting my time again.”
“Came in on Sunday pick up a truck and trailer to tow my bike. Everything was fast and quickly in and out, the staffs is super cool and chill, helped by George super cool and friendly. Overall highly recommend location!”
