shout out to Cindy!! I had booked the U-Haul for 8 AM (app glitch?) and expected to pick it up via mobile pick up. she immediately noticed I was having a hard time with it and stepped in to help. moving is already stressful, and I’m just glad U-Haul was the least of my concerns.
