About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Culver City is a handy, small location. It offers friendly and efficient service, with staff noted for going above and beyond to ensure a great experience and for treating customers wonderfully. The branch has Sunday morning hours, which is a convenient feature not offered by many neighborhood rental branches. Rentals can be very good, with new and clean cars available, allowing for quick pick-up and drop-off in just minutes. However, as a small location, it may not always have the specific booked car in stock, so phoning ahead is recommended for those needing a particular vehicle. Some experiences involve waiting, such as a pickup delayed 45 minutes past the reservation time. The cleaning standards are strict, with mentions of potential cleaning fees for interior hair or debris, requiring customers to vacuum to avoid a charge. While some were originally skeptical based on reviews, others found their rental experience went great and would rent from there again.

Absolutely amazing experience! The car was in great shape. Check in and check out was fast. The staff was so delightful, it felt like I was visiting family, not picking up a rental! Thank you!
