“The only thing wrong with this post office is chronic lack of staff. There was only one person working in the building when I was here two years ago, and it is still the case, despite long lines. I have found the staff to be polite and conscientious though they are under considerable stress. What is wrong with the US Postal Service? It is a lovely building, centrally located. Yes, there’s parking, but many users get there by bike or on foot. Lots of post boxes and I almost always see people picking up their mail. Plus there’s a mural! Please, USPS, provide the resources and a full staff so this facility can properly serve this lively community. And kudos to the staff that ARE there and serving the public in very difficult circumstances.”

“Culver Mail Box has been nothing short of exceptional. I really appreciate how transparent and easy the process is. Everyone here has been really friendly. I’ve been going here for many years, and have never been disappointed. I have also used the notary in addition to packaging services, and that’s been very convenient. It is always a nice mood boost to be here, especially for something as mundane as mail. But I can honestly say the level of customer service and friendliness has always been deeply appreciated!”
