When I walked into this store and as I walked in a lady by the name Bambi greeted me. She was assisting another customer but she made eye contact when she greeted me. I walked through the store and found what I needed. I asked one of the client associates for a price check. She was happy to assist me. Another client associates was helping another customer and I noticed his makeup. His make up was flawless and he was so kind when I spoke with him. I when got to the register to purchase my items. There was an unruly customer at the counter purchasing her items. Bambi did everything she could to make this customer happy. Bambi did everything but give her the item for free. This customer was just unruly. Thank you Bambi for your patience and professionalism.!! This store is clean and well stocked with merchandise. Don’t forget get to give your phone number for rewards points on each purchase. I like that I can shop on line and pick up my purchases in store. In about two hours your online items are ready for pick up in the store.

One of the nastiest ulta’s I’ve ever been into. Unhygienic and disgusting. Every product has been opened and tampered with. Like every one. I don’t feel safe buying anything from this store and don’t recommend you doing it either.

Horrible, horrible 1st (and the last) time experience!I went to California on vacation and noticed that I forgot my concealer. I've never gone to Ulta but it was close by so I decided to give it a try. NEVER AGAIN! I asked a representative for advise on type and color concealer I would need and she passed me to another person. That person passed me to another person who pointed to a section and said, "anything there is fine" and walked away. My daughter and I were shocked. I left and went to Sephora and was treated 100% better. It's not always about the product, it's how you treat your customers. I will NEVER set foot in Ulta again.

The manager wearing all black and a leather jacket was obviously WATCHING ME as I shopped. Pretty uncomfortable. She followed me around the store and was always in the same aisle with me, if not in my line of sight. Just turned directly towards me. It was so noticeable that I made eye contact with her and couldn’t help but laugh at her. Security gave me a weird look as well and conveniently walked past me in an aisle that they just had to pass through for no reason. She ended up following me the whole time all the way to the front checkout, to make sure I paid for my 1 item that I picked up. I don’t know what her problem was with me but I work at the Home Depot down the street - we deal with a lot of dangerous, everyday theft that I experience firsthand. I can guarantee I know more about spotting thieves than whoever this strange manager was.Just super weird and uncomfortable. WEIRD funny lady.Maybe calm down next time? And stop following me? You look stupid and you’re embarrassing yourself. Just because I wasn’t decked out in my designer clothes doesn’t mean I was going to steal - I had plenty of money to spend. And you’re not very skilled at being inconspicuous. Peace

I scheduled an appointment for the salon with the hairstylist name Kim I asked for a balayage I was charged 271 for the services. Kim ended up giving me just highlights. Left patches on my hair and certain parts were lighter than other. She noticed a mistake and tried to cover it and send me home. when I got home and noticed a mistake, I was extremely upset. I called immediately to complain and to reschedule another appointment to fixed mistakes Kim had made. this time Jose did my hair. I have nothing to complain about him. The only thing he was extremely rough with my hair but overall he fixed Kim’s mistakes. as I’m sitting there, I’ve noticed employees behavior being extremely awkward. I believe her name is Ashley constantly talking about customers how they looked and being suspicious of them stealing stuff and following them everywhere. Ashley was constantly gossiping about customers with other employees and giving them bad looks as if she was irritated or annoyed. my experience at this particular Ulta beauty wasn’t so great. if you do decide to shop at this particular, Ulta beauty be prepared to be followed, talked about and judged.

I've been to this ULTA numerous times and my experience has been pretty good for the most part, but for some reason this time there was no one on the floor to help. Maybe there was a shift change happening ??♀️. I like the store overall but hopefully my next visit will be better.

I never go in if the manager with the blonde bob and face lift is there. She’s not even discreet about following customers — makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong if I just want to look around. The sales associates at the counters are always nice though.

Went in with my sister a few minutes ago as of typing this. The cashier at the front (Naomi) asked her for her ID because she claimed there's been an increase in people buying and using other accounts fraudulently. However, it didn't make sense why she was asked for her ID in person since it took me all of 2 minutes to see that most of the reports were related to online accounts. Ultimately the cashier (Naomi) needs to understand that the people using other accounts fraudulently aren't going for accounts that have 20 dollars worth of points in people's, it's also disappointing to see that she only works there because that's the only job that would hire her. If she understood the concept of quality customer service she would've attempted to find a solution rather than argue with someone about 20 dollars worth of make up products.

I went in today with my husband looking for an exfoliator and was directed by an associate to the back, and was greeted by a dermalogica representative who took immense pride in being an esthetician who spoke condescendingly towards me just because I was not as educated in skin care. She was mean to me and attacked me over my more amateur skin care routine. I have never experienced such a rude person in sales in my life. And I've never been so convinced not to buy something I went into a store to buy. Hoping she gets fired.

This store was absolutely filthy at 11am. Muddy footprints, hair and debris all over the floor. The two female employees did not seem to care and made excuses. I have never seen any business so dirty. I am so disappointed that Ulta thinks this is what it’s customers deserve. I won’t shop there again.
