“We had gone for some clothes for kids and we did manage to get some for boys and girls which we liked and were in our price range after discounts. I did manage to get some shorts in my size too. Over the years I have discovered that Gap makes good shorts both in terms of colours and durability.”
“Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands—they're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.”

“I really love this location JOSH is Super Awesome and Rebecca too . Both Manager helped beyond expectation and apologized for a register error and had to Re-ring 1200 dollars worth of merchandise and gave me $20.00 worth of store coupons for my time and inconvenience. Both are very knowledgeable about the Barclays Old Navy Credit card. I also wanted to send a special shout out to Lead Employee Marissa who I was so impressed with and showed me the Best ever customer service experience EVER and the other Sales Associate Maria who helped ring me up. I came in a day earlier to use my coupons and was advised that I couldn't use it until the next day. Marissa pre rung about 6 bags to ensure each one amounted to 75 in order to use the coupons. She was patient (as I went back and fourth for items) knowledgeable in math ( when it came to totaling and deducting sale price items). I love her she is why I am writing this review and to Josh and Rebecca for my previous experience and for JOSH offering to assist me the next day to use my coupons. I will be going there this morning can't wait!!!”

The owner, Rita, offers absolutely stunning clothing and fantastic shoes for babies and children, as well as a smaller collection of well-chosen clothes for teen girls (my older teen lives in the pants I've gotten from Kids Only). Don't forget to check out the sale rack in the back!”
“They are now more reasonable with an updated return policy for online orders. Instead of outright rejection of online order's return, I can now get an exchange of the same item for different sizing. It is still not ideal (compared to the prevailing return policy which is mostly generous with no question asked), but this is a step-up from demanding me to mail in my online orders back at my own expense. I will still think twice before shopping online for any Uniqlo items.”

It's well-organized and well-stocked and it has self-service kiosks which means nobody is asking me if I want to join the Uniqlo Savings Reward program, sign up for a Uniqard, or guilt trip me into pressing a Tip button.”
“My family and I are big H&M fans and this place is no exception. Every time I am in the great mall this place is a must stop as with the Santana Row location. There is less people here which makes the location good. Not cramped like other locations. Like every other H&M the prices are very affordable and this is a place for everyone to get some nice clothes here. I am super shocked they have clothes and even shoes in my size. Who knew. Every other location is just too bland but this one does the trick. Drawback: I could appreciate it if the employees are not so absent minded and actually act professional. Some of them are not very considerate of customers who are opting to try on clothes. Excuse me but those clothes are not yours, you don't own them just yet.”

During our visit to return some ill-fitting online purchases, we discovered their return policy limits: standard customers have 30 days to return items, while VIP members get 60 days. We maintain VIP status (which requires $500 annual spending) primarily for the free shipping benefit. It's important to note that returns outside these timeframes are strictly not accepted—not even for store credit.”

“Howard's Shows is the best! I took my 2 year old in to have his feet measured. He started crying immediately, but the wonderful clerk was very sweet to him and calmed him down quickly. She was very knowledgeable and made sure the shoes were a proper fit. The store is very, very clean and extremely well stocked. I was impressed. All the employees working were professional and welcoming. The prices were extremely reasonable for great shoes with a professional fitting. It's so hard to find a kids shoe store, and they now have a lifetime customer in me! Thank you, Howard's Shoes!”
