The staff is always kind here and the clothes are amazing and super cute! Although their hoodies seem to always run small so size up 1-2 sizes because some of our hoodies have shrunk already. Pricey store but they have really good deals a lot of discounted items which is always nice and they have Marvel shirts ^_^

Whoever that sandy blonde Asian girl was during the shooting.. I do not say this lightly but OLD Navy please give her and all of your staff a raise, a bonus, ANYTHING. These ladies got every single one of us to safety during the shooting as you can already see from the reviews below.

You guys saved my life I was here during the Black Friday shooting of nov 28 2025. Two of these women who were working called 911 and even closed the door of the store to help us hide from the shooter. They also guided us out of the mall to safety THANK YOU SO MUCH.
