Interesting, she did not told me I could reschedule on the next day until I went out to look if Saturday was opened. However, the all Dr, his assistants treated me on the second appointment very well and effectively.”

“I needed a prescription for a women’s health issue and found an appointment on the same day thru One Medical. Though I signed up for a quick, remote consult to authorize the prescription, I walked away with plan for my ongoing health. Dr. Tansuwan (Palo Alto) was excellent. She pointed out potential interactions between two medications I was already taking and some information my previous provider had not covered. She not only prescribed the medication I needed, but also discussed other specialist visits I would need to stay ahead of any side effects. She reviewed the plan with me during our remote visit. Shortly after my appointment, I was contacted by other specialists based on Dr. Tansuwan’s recommended plan. This is the kind of seamless, coordinated care I am looking for as I grow older. I would recommend one medical and Dr. Sujitra Tansuwan to other women looking for a women’s health specialist.”

“We completed the immigration medical exam here. The process is straightforward—you need to print the forms and bring proof of all required vaccinations. The doctor will draw blood, and you’ll return about a week later to pick up the results and sealed forms. The cost is $250 per person, payable by cash or check only. The doctor is very nice and even gives you a cute bandage after the blood test.”

Unfortunately, my experience with his assistant and some of the office staff has not been positive. On multiple occasions, they were not helpful and lacked professionalism, which made the overall experience frustrating. Previously the team here helped me regain control of my life with a fantastic weight loss regime and wonderful advice regarding my weight loss plan. “So lets face it, even if healthy going to a hospital is no bueno. It can take time, its literally full of sick people, and can be expensive. We needed my son to be seen quickly before he left for school. Since our main PAMF location was booked we chose this one as it had appointment that day. It seems to be a newer location. Plenty of parking, helpful staff, and they got us in and out as quickly as possible. You cannot ask for more than that”

“I had an exceptional experience with the Urgent Care Mountain View healthcare team and wanted to express my sincere gratitude—especially to Amanda, the medical assistant, and Euna Kim, NP!
I was dealing with severe hives all over my body and called to make an appointment just before closing time. Unfortunately, my appointment was mistakenly scheduled at another location. I still went to the Mountain View clinic, arriving about 20 minutes before closing, feeling quite distressed and uncomfortable.
Amanda went above and beyond to help me. She kindly called the another location to see if they could still accommodate me, even though it was already very late. She took the extra step to speak with the provider on-site to see if I could still be seen. Despite it being right before closing time, Amanda remained incredibly professional, empathetic, and patient. Her willingness to advocate for me and truly put herself in my situation made a huge difference when I was not in the best state to think clearly.
Euna Kim, NP, was equally outstanding. She assessed my condition thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and provided prompt and accurate care. What stood out most was her kindness and calm approach, which made me feel reassured during a very uncomfortable experience.
The entire process was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. It is not easy to maintain such a high level of care at the end of a long day, but this team truly exceeded my expectations.
I am deeply grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Urgent Care Mountain View to anyone in need of urgent medical attention. Thank you for your dedication and for delivering such outstanding patient-centered care—please keep up the amazing work!”
