“This is a long awaited and well deserved review. I first met Neal in 2016 while I was working through an injury. At that time, I had been training at another CrossFit and was taking time off to recover from the injury. Neal only had a brief discussion with me at the time on how to prevent this injury in the future. This feedback was quite impressionable that I held onto it for 8 years, until I decided it was time to return to CrossFit this year. Neal, Tracy, Ulysses and Dave have been phenomenal with their coaching. They offer a training and nutrition program that delivers results effectively. If you are seeking to improve your health, athletic performance, etcetera. As long as you know your why, listen and put your best effort in the results will follow. If you are having any reservations about your own journey, listen to the voice inside of you, and give the coaches here an opportunity to help. I hope to see you in class soon.”

“WESTCA has been my “Stomping Ground” Gym since 2017. There has been a time I took a LOA for Personal & Private Reasons, but it is a gym that I let loose my charisma while I am doing cardio, let alone that I just would like to be noticed. I have a close connection w/ Tory & some of the Front Desk staff. My MOST FAVORITE MOMENTS are the pictures I get w/ Tory & some of the “‘Bodybuilder’/‘Physique’ Bros in Christ” for Fitness Inspiration & Motivation. Especially when get my pictures w/ them, i have the resources to stay motivated & determined, though I ALWAYS continue to add more.My ONLY issues are the parking (especially that since I can NO LONGER put any trust into the Parking Garage: 1 of them, Car Theft). Additionally, like Tory, I would like to be able to train/workout w/ someone w/ a STRONG & BUFF Physique such that I can stay focused in my workouts since I sometimes find myself distracted while I workout. Most especially that since I work late during the weekdays, I am not able to get a lot done & usually do the same workout every time.Overall, based on everything I said, I am Autistic & just trying to be myself. At the same time, I just need that EXTRA Motivation to help me stay focused in my workouts. As I love Pokémon & Acting (just to name a few of my MOST FAVORITE Hobbies), I would like to be understood in my workouts.”

“Eva at the front desk is a joy! She’s incredibly helpful, friendly, and does a great job keeping the gym clean. While the gym itself is on the smaller side, it’s well maintained and never feels too crowded. Most members are also very courteous, cleaning equipment after use. The only downside is that the airflow in the gym could be better.”

“I'm fairly new, 6 months in and Croga has gifted me unexpected life changes. When speaking with the owner Cody about my fitness goals, I shared that I felt unhealthy. The programs offer challenging workouts and I am learning every time I go (including Crossfit language). I appreciate the coaches offering corrections to everyone. I hear you Coach Devin telling me to spread and plant my feet! I attend the 6AM classes and it usually has between 4-7 people. We have great laughs during warm up and then all business switching to WOD with loud music, fans running, and the sound of grunts as people push to get through. Coach Nick sneaks up and drops heavier weights next to me encouraging me to go heavy (gah)!! I'm sleeping through the night, improved body composition, and gained energy and focus.
