My wife and I used In Self Storage for several months while moving. This facility is a hidden gem. Leslie and her staff are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The location is perfect for the Sunnyvale-Cupertino area. We had an exterior unit that was clean easily accessible and well priced. The area is quiet, secure and safe. Leslie and her staff walk the area daily to make sure security, cleanliness and maintenance are all excellent. I definitely would use them again and I highly recommend In Self Storage

The units are upstairs which means you have to heft everything up the stairs yourself, and when you have a disability or have a lot of stuff that's really heavy it is hard. I think they shouldn't offer the locks to customers personally.

I recently started renting storage units at IN Self Storage - Cupertino. From the very beginning, Jane demonstrated exceptional professionalism and knowledge to get me setup with the right space for me and my family. She is a very good communicator; extremely accessible for additional questions and requests; and always a delight to work with. Additionally, I've observed her positive engagement with other customers and how she takes great care of the overall facility. We are so happy with the location and genuine customer service...it has been a very smooth process and very satisfying.

I needed another storage unit, so I reserved a 10x10. Leslie got it all done in less than 10 minutes. She is very courteous, competent, and knowledgeable. During my first visit, she answered all my questions with thorough responses. I really like doing business with Leslie. If I need more storage, I definitely go with her. Dennis N.

Highly recommend IN Self Storage! We've had our storage unit for years and have never had any concerns. The site is extremely well-maintained and safe. Best of all, the manager Leslie is great to work with. She's professional, friendly, helpful, and a kind person to interact with. An extremely positive experience!

I love this inself storge - Cupertino.This is the 2nd time I return to this storge,I like the longer hours accessibility 6am to 9 pm, and the drive up large unit that is very spacious and so convenient for loading my stuffs. The manager, Laseli is very helpful in each every way - I lost my key of the door lock, she help to grind down the hard metal lock, the fact that is not so easy to grind down the metal, she made the effort and try different tools to finally cut off the lock, I was really appreciated what she did for me that day. The price for the unit is also very affordable! Anyone looking for a storage in the area should definitely take a look!!

I have been with In Self storage for quite some time. The units are clean and in good condition. Grounds are maintained well. No negative issues regarding In Self Storage.
