I went in the day before the fourth of July needing to move an account for my father. I was helped by Nikki and she was super amazing. Ran me through all the options and waited patiently for me to dig up the proper documentation. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you for such great caring service.

Office in Cypress on valley view blvd; Well I knew from the start it wasn’t going to be a pleasant experience as I waited for my turn, up in the counter a customer was searching what seem for his ID, the teller helping him turns to her coworker rolls her eyes. A Teller waived at me and I approached Ms. Huckleberry not a people person , no greeting no how are you , more like what are you doing here you bother me.The Reason for my uncomfortable visit I wanted to cash my bonus check I get my payroll check thru direct deposit same company same account but to my surprise Citi had to put a five day hold. Mind you I’ve been a customer for years and Ms huckleberry along with her rudeness tells me it’s standard procedure, sir.I reminded her that Citi is been receiving direct deposit, from the same company for over a year. She looked at the teller next to her again rolling her eyes, but it’s not direct deposit.I guess they’re keeping tabs on how many customers they can annoy during the course of the day.With an attitude She suggested I go to Chase and get it cashed there.I been treating swimmers ears so I had a little hard time hearing I asked her what about CHASE? instead of directing her attention to me she turns to her coworker, the coworker nods her head both rolled her eyes. It was little comical it was definitely a trend. Why take a job where they cannot deal or simply don’t like the public.These tellers hate their jobs or management or management is the problem. Something is definitely wrong here. This was the last draw I took back my check. I decided now and then I’m taking my business elsewhere. Not dealing with Citi and their unpleasant employees anymore took my check and opened an account with CHASE.Trying to figure these people out anyone can have a bad day but all the tellers including the supervisor did not acknowledge one customer as they walked in. A simple hello or good morning is always a good practice.Look at their Poor rating means one of two things turnover is high or upper management simply don’t give an hoot, about their customers. It’s easier to ignore and not follow up with the feedback.I open new account with CHASE it was impressive from the start. I’ll give them a try. I understand now why Citi is in the bottom of the list of top banks. After today I realize Bots are more pleasant to work with than these untrained employees.STAY AWAY FROM THIS CYPRESS LOCATION BAD PEOPLE WORK THRRE.

This is actually ZERO stars!!!!The negative reviews are substantiated. I worked in the banking industry for many years and have NEVER turned away a customer to open a new account. Apparently an "appointment " is needed. Yes, we did arrive about 15 minutes before closing due to work, however there was no one waiting for new accounts. There were only a couple people in the teller line. A new account does not take very long to open. Extremely disappointing!!!

Absolutely the worst bank in the country. Impossible to get any issue resolved. Calls ate forwarded to the Phillipines. A wait time of 45 minutes is common, and then the buck is passed, the line becomes disconnected and the call starts over. They pay a decent interest rate, but getting your money back can be a nightmare once the account gets locked.

Very unprofessional. I set up an account and Marco Munoz couldn't even put the correct address in their system from my ID.The branch Manager that I asked to speak to , wouldn't make herself available so I can tell her the problem.Not a single apologie from anyone for there mistake . This just proved to me,They don't care about any of their customers there.CitiBank need to close this office and start over. Hire people who care and want to be there , because this manager doesn't care and it starts with management.

ZERO RATING. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT COME HERE. S*** CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in a few days ago to ask a simple question and I wish I would of read all the reviews on yelp before because it's self explanatory. After the experience I had I was angry, sad, and VERY frustrated how the teller and manager attended me. They were no help at all and just confused me more. No wonder you have all these negative reviews. F*** CYPRESS CITIBANK!! Moving to another bank, congratulations on loosing another loyal customer just like more and more will be leaving. DONT HALF A** IT, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES RIGHT AFTER HIRING AND MAKE SURE THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH A KIND HEART. This comes from someone who has worked in customer service for 12+ years, this business is just sad. Goodluck not shutting down :)

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. It smells like a public restroom, they have horrible customer service and their representatives are not very knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and don’t open any accounts with them.

This bank is always busy really busy. The ATMs don't look very clean because they are rarely empty of people. Not sure where there is another Citibank, though, so whenever we need to get money out from our savings account, we belly up and go here. In the same center as Stater Brothers so very busy parking lot.

i went to the ATM deposit cash and didnt appear on my account talk to a manager and havent return my money worst bank ever i can get in touch of no one branch telephones are disconected
