Absolutely the easiest and fastest I evered opened a bank account !!!!! Melody was the nicest, most attentive and just overall a sweet lady !!!!! Nice to know some banks still have customer service and their customers needs at heart !!! Just a fantastic bank ....ask for Melody 👍😊

I've been with citi bank for over 20 years. I've never had a problem at this or any other citi branch. The staff has always been very respectful to me.
