“I came on my time off from work and needed a repair. My iPhone is currently experiencing issues, such as the battery dying on the same day. I worked at Sam’s Club yesterday and had my iPhone 12 Pro charged to full battery to start the day. And when I went to work on that day, at the end of the shift, my iPhone was at 13 percent, which means the iPhone lost 87 percent of its battery in the same day. Luckily, I got my battery changed at Iq smartphone Repair, or I would have ended up with my iPhone dead at work. It was a lifesaver for me because I would have had to end up spending thousands of dollars to buy a new iPhone every time this happened. A very generous person whom I have experienced with in Cypress.”

“I always get pizza and buy lottery tickets there. I saw orange bang there today, I love the drink but the machine had soda in it and didn't taste good if you can remove soda from the drink it will be great and I will stop by every day. I went there today again thanks for removing soda. I will go there every time I pass by. I went there all the time now no more orange bangs.”

“Ive been to this store several times and always have a good experience. Today we received amazing customer service from Sandro and Janine. They truly went above and beyond for us, determined to resolve the problem with transferring messages from an iPhone 11 that hadn’t been backed up since 2022 with maxed memory to our newly purchased phone. Sounds easy but the 11 gave alot of push back lol. They were patient and kind the whole time. This is why we’ve stayed loyal T-Mobile customers since 2007.
