“Absolutely fabulous, Chris went out of his way to find the piece I wanted and when I went in to pay and arrange for delivery I delt with a great guy named Miguel, he also was accommodating and worked with my schedule. And last but certainly not least are the Two gentlemen that delivered the piece, they were prompt courteous and respectful. Will definitely do business again if the need ever comes up.Highly recommend to all.”

“Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it here to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me.They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process.As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.”

“Let me preface my review by saying that I love this target location and spend an ample amount of time here. I stop in on average, once a week and have been doing so for more than a year. Target is my happy place. I have cultivated a decent relationship with a few of the members that work here and am usually satisfied with the service. Today I stopped in to exchange diapers for my little one. I stockpiled before they were born and spent roughly $500 on diapers however they outgrew them so fast that I couldn’t use most of them. While trying to exchange some of the diapers, a woman named Shaunda (name that was provided, not sure if accurate) was at the member service counter. She made the process very difficult and told me I was unable to exchange or return my items. She offered me no alternatives and basically told me that I needed to cart the 5 boxes of diapers back to my car because there was nothing that could be done. All while I was handling a very fussy baby. I asked for a manager and although she did call for one, they were not available. She then tells me that she needs to take her lunch and someone would help once they could. I waited at the counter for quite some time and felt that she should have verified that someone was on the way before leaving me there. This whole experience left me quite disappointed. I love shopping here but felt so embarrassed and disregarded when my request was quite simple. Eventually, another employee walked up and asked if I needed help with anything. He was kind and was able to resolve my problem with no issues which led me to believe that Shaunda just didn’t care to help me. I wish I had gotten his name but my focus wasn’t there at the time.”

“The service at this Best Buy easily exceeds any I have ever experienced period. I was helped by Bella and Omar who were incredibly friendly they gave me a better understanding of my options in the store, and guided me through their selection of store items so I could make the best decision in my purchase based on the best value and my needs at the moment. 10/10 you need to come to this location. “I know consumers are cranky and not on their best behavior in the last few days before Christmas, but I will say I appreciate everyone working at this Target for being here for my procrastinating self! But most especially Mackenzie and Xzavier at the Starbucks inside. They were sweet and kind in spite of it all and appreciate their exceptional service.
