“Our big flat-screen TV just up and died one morning: no picture, no sound. It was out of warranty (even though I had bought the extended warranty). The TV manufacturer had one service center that was an hour drive from where I was; I'd also have to leave them an over $100 "consultation" fee before I'd get their estimate for repair. Before dropping down another grand on a new one I just googled local TV repair and this place popped up. The owner was friendly and said he had free consultations, plus he was 5 minutes away! In a couple days he told me it would be $260 for parts plus labor and a 90 day warranty. I'm now watching the big screen again! Great work and service!”
