“This store will always surprize you with great finds. I have found so many wonderful things for personal use and gifts there, I love having them close by. They are open 6 days a week and have prolonged hours every last Friday of the month. Make sure to visit them if you are in Long Beach! “What a hidden gem!!!! Super sweet staff and SO many quality finds here. If you love flipping furniture or finding unique vintage pieces, they have some pretty awesome stuff at really great prices!

“Did some thrifting in the Long Beach area and this was one of the stores we visited. Our teenager loved this store. He found some cool clothing items that we got for him. Lots of cool items to meet your thrifting needs. Store was presented as clean and all the staff present were very friendly. Would return when we are in the area!”
“Late review went back in January but I was going through my pictures and I had to share my haul and my experience. I found this spot because I was going a lot to walk at the park near by and I saw it on the map and thought I would check it out on my next walk. Parking was plentiful. It’s a warehouse style shop so you can’t miss the door. It has two floors so I was here a while. I honestly went in thinking it’s vintage so I’m sure everything’s going to be expense but I was so surprised to find items to be very affordable. I took my time and enjoyed every section. I love how they offer wicker baskets to place your items in. I won’t go into detail how many sections they have but trust they have plenty go check them out. Also for beer lovers there are two breweries in the same warehouse just around the corner I highly recommend going before or after. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did 💜”

“I recently stumbled upon the Assistance League in Fullerton and let me tell you, it's like finding a thrift store run by a team of super-friendly, do-gooder superheroes! First off, the place is so clean you could eat off the floor - if you were into that sort of thing, which, let's be honest, who isn't after a good thrift store rummage?
The volunteers? Absolute gems. They greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin at a family reunion where everyone actually likes each other. I swear, one lady was so sweet, I half-expected her to bake me cookies on the spot. And the selection! I found a dinosaur pancake mold from Williams-Sonoma for 50 cents - my breakfasts just got a Jurassic upgrade!
But here's the real kicker: every penny you spend here goes back into the community. They're like the Robin Hood of Fullerton, except instead of stealing from the rich, they're just really good at thrift-shopping and giving back. They help kids with school clothes, seniors with meals, and families in need during the holidays. It's like shopping with a conscience, where your wallet feels good and your heart does too.
So, if you're looking for a place where you can find cool stuff, meet the friendliest humans on earth, and feel like you've done something good, the Assistance League in Fullerton is your spot. I am usually looking for Apple laptops and ps4 games, but each time I go they always disappoint me because the first time I got lucky and got a 2010 MacBook Pro for 19.99 because it needed an os, but after, the first trip, the selection has been worse and many scalpers come and buy items so there are not many items left. The prices are usually too high, but some things they have 2 of but they are different prices”

This family owned NON-profit thrift store may not be the most curated or the most organized, but it is the most precious. Expect to take your time to unearth and review every piece, inevitably not every piece will be a hit, but for the gems you do find they are incredibly AMAZING. This thrift store is priced for the community and serves the homeless, ignore the reviews of people saying "piles of stuff", it's a f****** thrift store, MANAGE your expectations. The workers are kind and friendly, and the experience very memorable. Also let my dog join me in my shopping experience!!! PLUS PLUS PLUS: ONE DRESSING ROOM AVAILABLE WITH MIRROR!!!!
