“Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.
Javier checked it out and came out with a tool that fit perfectly and removed it within minutes. He did it all with a great attitude, and supreme customer service. Thank you Javier, thanks Home Depot for choosing such great employees!”

And I'm gonna feel bad for not remembering this study's name with the lady that's always in checkstand 2. Amazing They're all amazing. But, you know, you have this ones that stand out later's head and um, yeah, militating garden is pretty amazing as well.

They carry plants, out door furniture, lamps, all types of light bulbs, cleaning supplies, washers, dryers, refrigerators, lumber, wrought iron, paint, and miscellaneous hard to find items. I want to personally thank you for over delivering on customer service. My husband does extensive research before purchasing anything. After completing his research, he chose Home Depot to purchase a weed eater, only to be told that the model he wanted was out of stock.
After speaking with Melissa for a few minutes, my husband walked away, assuming that was the end of it. Moments later, Melissa came running to let him know she had found exactly what he was looking for in the back, a Ryobi 40 Volt weed eater that came with a battery and charger for the same price I would have paid for one from eBay and the swap meet at Orange Coast College. I'm glad I bought it from Home Depot because it comes with a 3 year warranty.
Sometimes, the small things that mean the most to customers go unnoticed. I want you to know that your service was truly meaningful to my husband. Those extra efforts, going out of your way without being asked, make a lasting impact.

“I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”

“I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for your time with me in your studio while I was seeking wallpaper for a feature wall in my primary bedroom. There was NO wallpaper book to be found in the North Orange County area, and I was afraid to purchase on-line without the benefit of seeing, touching and feeling. Once I made my selection and the wallpaper was ready, Lois Woodrome contacted me and the job was completed yesterday, 8/12. She was delightful and did a fantastic job!

“I recently visited the Garden Grove home Depot and to say I was sorely disappointed is the understatement of the year. I was greeted by a very nice young man as soon as I arrived. I believe his name was Tommy, Within seconds of my arrival after being greeted, I'm assuming a manager approached this young man who berated him terribly for not greeting me. I was in shock that a manager or whoever she was would speak to an employee this way! Especially for accusing him of not greeting me, when that was not the case! I was appalled to say the least. She never directly spoke to me or greeted me just ignored me while accusing an employee of false behavior. Very unprofessional. As the next day approached I returned to this home Depot to exchange an item. I walk in the entrance exchange my item and pick up a few more things. I see a young man walking around with a cart so I ask him for assistance, I requested his attention several times, I guess due to his music playing on a small speaker in the he cart he was pushing around he could not hear me! Come to find out to, his name was Jared. So frustrating. I returned to this page just to inform people who this actually was. I knew he was an employee by his orange apron. I get to the front of the store no one to help me check out but all the cashier's speaking Spanish to each other completely acting like we customers don't exist. Such a sad situation what had become of this Home Depot! Tommy is the only reason I will drive from Huntington Beach to shop here! Well done Tommy, Thank you for making me feel noticed and valued, maybe other employees can see your performance and take note!!! I appreciate your patience in not making me feel rushed and your expertise knowledge!I changed my two star rating to five and these are a reflection Tommy's customer service skills. I sure hope Tommy continues to be an employee of Home Depot,if for any reason I don't see Tommy to help me, honestly I can say I will not return to this exact Home Depot location! I hope you promote this young man! He deserves a least a pay raise!!!”
“I went into the store looking for a pretty unique item. I really couldn't even describe it. Anyway, there were 2-3 Home Depot employees by the door as I walked in. The two men kind of looked away like they were busy. But one employee named Vivian stepped up to the plate ready to work. We looked at several different isles for the item. Keep in mind this was near closing time in about 5 mins. We didn't find the part but she was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I was honestly really impressed. I told her manager Chris on the spot but needed to put this in writing. Thanks Vivian for your knowledge, generosity and you had a real tenacity to find this item or even fugue out what I needed. I commend you! You were so natural and easy to talk with. Most of the time the employees make us feel like we are bothering them but they have to understand that not everyone who goes in the store works in that industry. Some out diy husbands trying to figure things out. I think I am better at working on the car but I have ventured into more tasks around the house. A little encouragement from employees like Vivian give you that little kick to fix stuff and each time you get a little better. Awesome employee!”

“Excellent Lowe's not only do they have all the hardware and lumber and stuff you need for your home improvement projects by the cash registers they sell a bunch of different snacks they sell gummy cinnamon bears there are times my wife sends me there just to get her those cuz she loves them lol helpful staff fast checkout options”
“Went there to get a 12ft corrugated roof panel and the trapizoid rails for it. The website said they had many rails.
I got the panel, but the right rails were not in the bin, different ones were. I asked an associate & he said that is all they had. I asked a different associate & even showed him the item number on the website off my phone & sure enough they were up high. He went to get a stair ladder but it wasn't high enough, then he went & got the electric lift and got the big box of which I needed 3 sets of six packs.
I went to pay at the Pro place closest to where I parked and the large roll up door was being locked but I could go through the the smaller doors.
The whole trip took 1 hour from getting the panel to payment. If the rails were in the correct place it would've taken half that time. Lowe's does have lots of products but not enough knowledgeable associates. There are a few of them but hard to find.”
