“This will seem strange, but I'm rating based on the structure of the hotel.We stayed on the 4th floor, top level, and when we walked through the room, the tables and everything shook. I've never encountered that and we just hoped the floor wouldn't collapse.The beds are not the typical Hampton comfortable.Other than that, the stay was fine. I felt the area was safe.”

“This hotel is definitely a little bit older than your typical Hyatt place. Nevertheless, the hotel was pretty solid The room might be a bit small, but they're still very functional and comfortable to stay in I also had a good experience with the staff. They were very friendly and ready to assist I hope that day soon implement installation of chargers for electric vehicles Lastly, perhaps the one thing that I'm not super fond off regarding Hyatt place in Hyatt house is that the air conditioning units in the rooms are usually pretty loud That's really the only thing I can think of that could require improvement and everything else is top-notch in my point of view”

“Great affordable option while staying in the LA area. We got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room and there is also a pool on site. Lots of convenient options when it comes to food fare in the area. There was a cockroach that came out of the tub jets one night, but it was already dead. No other issues!”

“I wanted to share my great experience with Italia and Katlyn that I encounter during my stay here for Christmas as from the moment I walk in I was greeted right away from Italia and Katlyn.They were both so friendly, professional and helpful as that is hard to come by these days and with my long day of traveling to arrive at hotel I could of not of ask for a better greeting!They made me feel welcome and that they were glad that I choose to stay at there hotel.I highly recommend that anyone that is traveling to Orange or LA county to give them opportunity to earn your business as you will not be disappointed.Thank you so much Italia and Katlyn and I look forward to seeing you soon in my travels!Cheers”

“Very clean rooms. Love that it has kitchenette inside so you don't have to spend extra money on buying out. Housekeeping is quick and efficient.Rooms: Clean comfy rooms. Nice size.Safety: I feel very safe here. No noise for the most part. Quiet at night.Walkability: There are many places to walk to. Post office across the street. Couple shopping centers near by.”

“What was supposed to be a 3 week stay ended up being a 3 month stay. The staff here is AWESOME! Very helpful, friendly, accommodating and PATIENT! Our 2nd night here, we had a permanent resident banging on the walls in the middle of the night. Staff was very apologetic and offered options. Throughout our stay here, we got to know the staff on a first name basis and witnessed them doing an outstanding job handling various problems from overbookings, irate customers, and suspicious people roaming the parking lot. All problems were handled with utmost professionalism. Shout out to Luz who runs it with a smile on her face. Jonathan is very caring. Diana is so very thoughtful with encouraging words after seeing me arrive having to use a walker to being able to walk on my own. Mona is great and I never got the maintenance man's name, but he too was very friendly and encouraging.
