“Arthur is no longer the owner here. The new owner is remodeling/upgrading the rooms and raising the price slightly. The new owner is very sweet Chinese lady and doesn't speak English but she uses her I phone for translation. Single bed rooms are $120. with an additional $20. Deposit which is refunded when you check out. The new rooms have been completely remodeled and are worth it.”

“My mother needed surgery and the hospital was nearby we live upstairs in Koreatown and mom was so tired after leaving hospital we saw the Trade Winds Motel sign and just took a chance. This place is next to everything and beautiful on the inside. They told us they only had upstairs but Anesha was very nice and accommodating. She was able to get us in a bottom room and early, they do have early check in but you will pay more. Its worth it when you are tired like us and barely slept for 2 days. The beds are so comfortable we slept really good. Will be back ....thank you”
