“I must say, my experience at Pacific Place Apartments has been truly exceptional. From the moment I began the leasing process to my current stay, I have been nothing short of impressed by every aspect of this place.First and foremost, the complex itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are meticulously maintained and provide a lush, urban oasis that creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The modern architecture adds to the overall charm of the complex, making it a truly visually pleasing place to call home. Not only is the physical environment top-notch, but the management team is also beyond compare. Edgar, the property director, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His friendly and professional demeanor, along with his willingness to address any inquiries or concerns, truly sets him apart. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring that living here is completely hassle-free. The management team's dedication to creating a strong sense of community and ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable. One of the aspects I value most about Pacific Place Apartments is its prime location. Being situated next to San Francisco and Daly City means that everything I could possibly need is just a stone's throw away. The convenience of being near major highways and public transportation makes commuting an absolute breeze.Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone in search of a comfortable, hassle-free, and thoroughly enjoyable living environment. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.”

“LETS GET THIS STORY STRAIGHT. Ive been on this property for a little more than 2 yrs now, and even though this team is short staffed they operate 10's across the board! I read some of the reviews and I just knew these people had the wrong property. 1st to address DD...I remember the jello on the steps, that happened over the weekend and when I was going for my morning walk I saw our maintenance man Quincy cleaning it up. as far as the trash in the trash rooms also those pics were taken over the weekend when the office is closed and no staff is working. This is a huge building with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, unfortunately some people bring roaches with them. but they have flyers posted about pests. So if you found a roach did you arrange to have your unit treated??? I go to every community meeting and Quincy talks about how we as tenants should be mindful when we cook, to make sure we turn on our oven fan. And to help the complaints about the noise the manager Tina got rugs for ALL the tenants if they wanted them. they are 5'x7' and all different colors to choose from. Management here will do whatever they can in there power to help us. There is a saying, "You can please some of the people all the time and you can please all the people some of the time BUT you cant please ALL the people ALL the time." ITS APARTMENT LIVING. The units aren't sound proof and you will smell other people cooking from time to time. Did you want management to tell there tenants not to cook? In every meeting Tina talks about the noise. Management cant make people be courteous or considerate. SMH. When the hot water was out is when we had the really really bad storms with super high winds and a lot of rain. I asked our maintenance Quincy and he was on the roof during that bad weather trying to get it backup for us. Its very easy to complaint when one doesn't know what effort is going into things around here. When you post pics of trash overflowing and messing trash room floors before the employees get to work to correct them isn't fair at all. When mail was being stolen the management got stuff done. And now the mail room is always locked. Only tenants with the key fobs can gain access to our mailroom Thanks Tina!. Tina the property manager has been doing the job of 3 people for about 2 years now, (BY HERSELF!). During one of our community meeting Quincy showed a video from our security cameras of the person(s) that was caught stealing the packages. And if DD went to a community meeting DD would have seen like everyone that went that it was a random person from off the street, and i might add that he was caught by the police about a month later. Here at Brunswick Street Apartments we have from what I have seen in all of my years the most talented, hard working staff one could want. And to the other person those ladies were temps and most temps are not the cream of the crop if you know what i mean. Just hired bodies, not professionals in those fields. And to add one more thing. Our maintenance man puts on the BEST Christmas shows!!! Besides the Great maintenance job he does he sings, dances, plays the piano, the guitar, he hosts bingo, movie night, 4th of July party and he does most of the shuttle runs that Brunswick offers the tenants! I took pics today April 13th please see the difference in how this property looks during the week when staff is here to clean and when (DD) takes pics of the property during a weekend and after people messed it up and no staff is here to clean. I was also very impressed with my unit when I moved in I kept the pics I took when I walked into my apartment. The place looked like nobody ever lived in it! It was so clean I could eat dinner sitting on the floor by the toilet!!!So in short reviews are a good thing but alway ALWAYS go see for yourself. You never know if someone is being vindictive because their feeling got hurt or something didn't go their way. I would ask DD.. In your eyes this place is so horrible.....have you moved yet??Please enjoy my pics”

“I've been here for 15 months and just renewed for another term. To echo what most everyone else has said here, I've enjoyed my stay.TLDRs:Maintenace and Administrative: Issues are solved fast by nice, communicative people.Community: A friendly and quiet community.Location: Ocean Avenue is great and is near highway so most places are 15-30 minutes away.Maintenance and Administrative:Just recently Donovan from maintenance helped me out late at night when my lock was broken which is only the most recent example of how helpful he has been. Another maintenance member quickly fixed some blinds issues I was having too. Rommel from administration/sales was very friendly and communicative with my renewal lease process. I had a few questions with pricing, duration, technology packages, that he was able to help with after some back and forth. When there are community issues with parking, elevators, etc. if they are not fixed speedily, there are generally quick communications out about them to keep the community in the loop.Community:I've had basically 0 noise issues which is a huge plus for me, and I'm on the same floor as the shared space with grill/benches/fireplace. Neighbors are friendly - I left my new iPhone 15 in the lobby and a neighbor left a note and took it with them to safety.Location: I personally really enjoy this location. The building is next/on a Whole Foods which is convenient. There are restaurants/bars, hardware stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. all within an easy walking distance. It's very close to the highway making it easy to get most anywhere you want in 15-30 minutes: downtown, beach, park, Costco, mall, etc. If you're trying to get into the city daily during peak traffic hours this may not be the spot, but for my work commute south to San Bruno and for going into the city a couple times a week for events/dinner/etc. it's really great. Disclaimer: I Uber only so can't comment on public transportation, but there's a lot of public transportation nearby if you look at Google maps. For price transparency outside of the rental amount, parking will cost you an additional ~300 if you want the garage (though there is street parking). There is another ~150-200 in utilities for water/sewer/trash.If I was to give one complaint for balance, which may even be fixable but haven't taken the time, is that my apartment does get a little warm in the hotter months due to airflow maybe.”

“happy high rise resident here :) I love how this residential property is situated in a commercial building with retail shops in the courtyard! This part of FiDi is clean and beautiful. No issues if you read your lease and submit work orders through the online portal.”

“This review is specifically for Jesse from the Maintenance Department for work in 355 Serrano Dr. tower apartments. We had to get paint work done for moisture intrusions on multiple parts of the apartment. Jesse walked us through what he was going to do as it would take two days of work to complete everything. Jesse went above and beyond in not only patching up the requested areas but also other affected areas. He also made sure to keep all work areas clean after completing the maintenance request. We super appreciate his great work and communication!”

“I'm currently in the application process however I just wanted to come to write a review on the great experience I've had so far. Karen Christen has been absolutely wonderful. There was a mix up with my appointment time that I made with a different leasing agent and Karen took care of it right away. She was very welcoming to my partner and I. She gave information on the unit and community which made it very easy to navigate. She was very patient and attentive in answering all of the questions my partner and I had. She even followed up via email to make sure we had a great experience. She was a big part in why we applied that day. Thanks Karen!!!”

“Staff are great and responsive, modern units in a centrally located hub of SF. Very close public transit, restaurants and bars especially with castro and mission both within walking distance. Be sure to lock your bikes and pick up packages as they arrive, which is true in any downtown apartment building in SF.”

“Overall the first time experience of leasing an apartment was not too bad, nor overly stressful, I am satisfied with my experience, with that said, on the flip side the apparent lack of communication after a change of staff was a bit problematic and the reason I give 4 *'s instead of 5.”

“Gabe and Greg manages this building. They're wonderful and accommodating. The maintenance staff are superb. This is a great community and most people either keep to themselves or are pretty friendly. My unit is tucked away in a quiet area and kept me cozy. The unit is small, but I appreciate every square footage of it. It's a great place to live at for however short or long term you need.”

“First of all, this is a fantastic location for living. It's the heart of Mission bay. As a student who moved in recently, it is awesome for my online class. However, there is one thing for me to take a star off. That is the noise from neighbor's door. The lock catch of entrance door for both units share the same common wall, every time my neighbor closes his door, the big noise went through my unit from the wall. It really startle me. Even I can hear the phone conversation from my neighbor. It is very annoying because of the lack of sound insulation from the wall. Beside this, everything is excellent.”

“Lived here 1.2.2023 - 12.12.2023 in unit 1813, a studio with windows facing southeast.Pros:-Really great view of the city-Hot water comes out in few seconds-In-unit washer and dryer, though a bit smallCons:-Washer gasket ring was dirty.-Cheap wood floor paneling that was peeling after a few months-It would get hot in my apartment when the sun is out.-The AC only has one speed and it's extremely loud.-Opening the windows would let bugs in sometimes, they would bite on my legs when I sleep-Lot of street noise at times, from ambulances, police sirens, honkings, construction.100 Van Ness and 150 Van Ness are managed by the same company and thus are interconnected. You get access to amenities at both places.-100 Van Ness Rooftop at 29th floor with 360 view-150 Van Ness Rooftop at 19th floor with City Hall in front-Pool and jacuzzi-24 Hour Gym with treadmills, two squat racks, dumbbells, punching bag, row machine, etc.-Lounges-Basketball court-Theater room-Front desk that would hold your packages for you and send food deliveries up to your roomThe amenities were fantastic. That's really what you're paying for when you move into 100 or 150 Van Ness.I was just a bit disappointed by my unit.”

“I recently had the pleasure of viewing studio apartments at Fox Plaza and was thoroughly impressed. Karl Mendoza, the Leasing Agent, was truly exceptional. He answered all my inquiries with clarity and took the time to ensure I saw the potential of every unit. Each apartment offered breathtaking views, each unique and captivating in its own right. Highly recommend both Fox Plaza and Karl for anyone in search of their next home.”

“Great building but the one guy always wearing his mask was rubbing his whole face and nose while wearing his mask today not with his knuckle but his fingertips. You can nip it in the bud with virus' by simply not touching your face with your fingertips--Just Dont wear another mask that will ultimately go into the ocean and kill sea life . JUST DONT RUB YOUR FACE (mouth hole, nose hole, eye hole) with your fingertips EVER. I mean EVER. At this point, if a worker needs to mask, it means they are SICK. Two weeks sick pay was the norm, why not now? Otherwise, don't request workers to mask. Just request YOUR WORKERS TO NOT TOUCH THEIR FACE WITH THEIR FINGERTIPS. It Aint that hard. But i dare you, managers. Try it. Less masks killing sea life 20 years from now.”
