I absolutely enjoy living in Paramount. Great staff - always very helpful. Specially love the community and the events such as BollyX and HIIT classes. I love to dance and the BollyX class is such a fun, energy filled class and a great place to make new friends!

Apartments are nice. However, expect to often wait 5-10 minutes (!!!) for an elevator. The bike room is very crowded, with water paddles on the floor and very inconvenient locking options.

Stayed at the Paramount for a month and a half while in temporary housing for my new job. The coffee machine worked 75% of the time and I was unable to turn on the heaters on the roof for get together I had. Overall it was a very good experience and is in a pretty safe location of SF.
