Pacific Place Apartments is a complex that offers modern and visually appealing living spaces, including townhouses and units with extra rooms and multiple bathrooms. The grounds are well-maintained, creating a lush and peaceful environment. The location is highly convenient, situated near San Francisco and Daly City, with easy access to major highways and public transportation, making commuting simple. Residents praise the management team, especially the property director, for being friendly, professional, and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, contributing to a hassle-free living experience. Many appreciate the strong sense of community and the efforts to ensure resident satisfaction. However, some concerns have been raised about parking. Tenants have expressed frustration over being charged $150 for parking and about incidents where non-residents or other tenants park in designated spaces, sometimes forcing residents to park elsewhere or in the street. There are calls for better management of parking spaces to protect residents’ vehicles. While the apartments are highly desirable and loved by those who live there or have seen the units, the pricing is considered steep by some. The lowest one-bedroom units start over $3,000, with larger units and townhouses reaching around $3,200. Potential renters are hopeful for discounts or special offers that could make these apartments more affordable. Overall, Pacific Place Apartments is seen as a beautiful, well-managed community with excellent amenities and location, but parking issues and high prices are notable concerns.
I've lived here for more than 7 years and this place truly is home. What makes it home is the staff; Terrance, Ramon and Nicole go above and beyond to make Pacific Place amazing.

Nichole, Terrance, and Ramon have always been extremely prompt and thorough anytime I've needed their help. Pacific Place would be my number #1 recommendation in the peninsula. A lot of great people living here, and it's easy to make it your home in the Bay!
