“Love the ability to get 3 minutes for only $2. One of the few places you can still get a deal in 2025.

Tip: Come during the day on weekdays or night after sunset but before closing to take your time washing after covering car in suds without timer running.

Yes, $3 gets you 4.5 minutes. The math be mathing here.”

“Best Ducky’s car wash on the peninsula! We prefer this location over the John Daly Blvd one any day. Henry and the rest of the team are extremely efficient and very friendly. Totally worth the subscription.”

“$3 - 3 minutes - nice car wash! I like the self service car wash because you can just do what you need to do and wipe it down at the vacuums. The vacuums take quarters and there’s a change machine by the washing area. I like this spot.”

“Man at the front was nice. He verbally welcomed me welcomingly inside and offered any help to me and any other customers courteously. He was a great conversation. I have made two best friends at the front thanks to this store and I always come back.”

“If you live near the coast, you already know—Pacifica’s salty air is basically a slow-motion attack on your car. That’s why I’m picky about where I wash mine, and this car wash at the Loop Neighborhood Market/Shell station in Daly city is a solid find.

It does a really nice job getting all that salt and grime off, and my car actually looks clean when it’s done—not just “rinsed and hoped for the best.” The price is fair, especially for how well it works, and the best part? There’s usually little to no wait, which feels like finding an empty checkout line at the grocery store.

Quick, affordable, and effective. If your car deals with coastal conditions, this place is definitely worth a try.”

“I came in with a dirty black Toyota Prius and I was politely escorted to the right place to park.
It's a clean establishment!
My windows could have been better cleaned but I can do it myself.
The five starts are well deserved!
I LEFT MY COAT which is my purse in the lobby with cameras.
I freaked out!!!
I called them from San Francisco and they had my jacket!
Now, I'm praying in my car on the way to the car wash about what was in my pockets.
I had ALL of my credit cards, driver's license, and a knife!
I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter grabbed my jacket from the closet.
I checked my pockets and EVERYTHING was in my pockets!!!
No one stole from me.
Westlake Eco Soft Touch is awesome!!!
Muchos gracias!!!!”

“On a Wednesday afternoon, I had to meetup with a coworker in Daly City. We decided to meet at the Shell Gas Station at I-280 x Hickey Blvd. I got there first, waited about 15-mins, and had time to get gas, use the restroom, and checkout the food mart. I didn't use the car wash because it's a mechanical car wash. Yes, I noticed most of the poor Yelp reviews are about the car wash. Mechanical car washes that use rollers and brushes damage the finish of your vehicle. But car wash users get a 20-cent discount on gas. So you have to choose if it's worth it. Okay, otherwise how was the gas station? This station has a single row of pumps. That means no one will get in front of you and block your car. It's a relativity spacious station with room to move. The food mart is clean and shiny. Well stocked with all kinds of goodies a driver might want. Stuff like drinks, chips, candy, ice cream, and hot foods. Friendly ladies working as cashiers, and other staff are cleaning and stocking. There's two "all gender" restrooms that use codes for entry. I had a fairly good experience at this Shell station. Good location right adjacent to the I-280 ramps. Kaiser Medical Offices (Daly City) are across the street.”
