“Excellent quality work. Car looks like it did when I took it off Honda's sale lot. Thorough pet hair removal, great exterior finish.
Two things to be aware of: job took about twice the estimated time, so plan accordingly. Additionally, I recommend confirming all add-on charges explicitly in writing before booking, as there was some misunderstanding about pricing structure, though not extreme. They resolved the pricing question fairly when raised. Would use again but with clearer upfront expectations. Challenging to rate but feels like good faith miscommunication, I'd give ~4.5 if UI allowed it.

“I can’t recommend Lim highly enough. I recently purchased a brand new 2027 Vespa GTS and later noticed a hologram/swirl mark in the factory clear coat that I had unfortunately missed during delivery. After I called Lim, he was able to get me in within just four days. He inspected the issue, corrected it in only a few minutes, and the finish now looks absolutely flawless.
Lim was professional, friendly, and genuinely the epitome of excellent customer service. He clearly takes tremendous pride in his work, and it shows in both the quality of the results and the way he treats his customers. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so committed to doing the job right. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lim.”

“I’m a fan of promoting local companies, especially making high quality and specialized products like P & S. I believe they were founded originally in the city but now do their production in the East Bay. This is an outpost that sells their wide selection of auto car detailing products.
They were very helpful in reviewing different products and their intended use. I bought several but was particularly happy with the quality of microfiber towel and their Bead Maker product which isn’t a traditional ceramic or graphene coating, but it is very easy to apply and has a great water beading result.
I’ll be visiting again. My only qualm is that they close pretty early. It’d be great if they were open to 4:00 PM at least.”

“It's in Pacific Heights, so more expensive than I'm used to. It gets the job done at a higher price compared to others I've been to. Every dollar in the dryer as of 2026 gets you 10 minutes, versus up to 24 minutes in other parts of the city I've seen. If you see a bunch of Latinos doing laundry, you've found a more affordable laundromat.
Definitely go there if you're in the area and need to do laundry, but if you're able to make the drive to the Mission District, that's where you'll find better deals. That's all I'm saying. Everyone's welcome everywhere in SF.”

“This is a review for someone I count as a best friend. Soloman. He is single handedly the most hardest working clerk and nicest guy at the shell. He is the peak of the store and should be the bare minimum for how humans should act and exist. I forgot about Google reviews till once again, I had a pleasant interaction with him, and I’ve seen him with other customers and even taken a peak when no one’s in the store. He’s always working hard no matter if there’s a line or no one in the store. He seriously deserves anything extra the store can provide.”

“Let me start by saying Paul is a perfectionist….it’s reflected in his work. I share some of those traits with Paul because we are never completely satisfied if we think it could have been done just a little better. In my case I brought Paul my daughter’s Lexus in to have the fin painted and have the body compounded and polished. The car was returned to me in tip top condition.
He wasn’t able to deal with some areas because no matter how much he cleaned and polished there were some nicks in the clear coat, that protects the paint, that couldn’t be fixed short of a new paint job. If he ever figures out how to solve that issue….I will return with five stars. I know if Paul ever reads this he will probably start experimenting with every product and chemical on the market until he can repair the clear coat dings! Great shop….great people!”
