Chase Bank provides prompt and professional service. Customers report amazing service and knowledge from staff, who are described as patient, professional, attentive, and personable. Bankers spend a lot of time with clients, are very responsive, and follow up on accounts. They are helpful and resourceful, going the extra mile to assist with setting up accounts and making logical choices for investments or business needs. While there can be a bit of a wait at times with limited seating, and some services like notary require an appointment even when the branch is empty, the overall experience with the relationship bankers is highly recommended.

Amazing service and knowledge by Nicholas Anderson, with the investment part of JP Morgan. We went to him for help in setting up some accounts and different suggestions for investment alternatives/strategies. He is very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, and also followed up. We would definitely recommend him.
