“We used Patelco for our home loan and couldn't be happier. Their rates were the most competitive, and they offered points back towards closing costs. On top of that our rate floated down once during the process saving us even more. The best part is the float down cost us nothing, it is complimentary with Patelco.
We worked directly with Cecilia Diaz, who was the most wonderful Loan Consultant I have ever dealt with. She is friendly and always took the time to walk through even the most mundane details. She responded to every phone call, and email within minutes, if not immediately, and was by far and away one of the highlights of our home buying experience. When we wanted to close early, she had everything lined up and ready to go immediately, and because of this we closed over a week earlier than expected. Oh and that float down rate I mentioned earlier, she reached out to me within the first hour of open to lock it in for us. I hadn't even had a chance to check rates for the day!

Jenny helped me setup the account easily, timely & phone app. Edwardo helped me with other services & questions including by speaking Spanish (bilingual). “This is by far the best Wells Fargo I’ve visited when it comes to customer service. I’m always helped by someone I believe is named Christian (I don’t remember his exact name ?), but he is simply the best. His service is excellent; he always makes you feel very welcome and attended to with a smile.
Fortunately, he always assists me whenever I go, and he truly deserves recognition for the exceptional work he does. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing quality service and making customers feel valued.
It’s important to highlight this because at other Wells Fargo locations, the customer service has been terrible. Here, I don’t even mind coming from another area just to be assisted at this branch. They definitely stand out!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to an employee named Lago at the Wells Fargo Serramonte branch.
A few weeks ago, I tried to reset my ATM PIN at a different Wells Fargo location near my home, but they couldn’t help me unless I waited hours to speak with a manager. Because of that, I never got the issue resolved.
Today, I happened to be in the area after a dental appointment, and since I’m traveling for the holidays and needed some cash, I decided to stop by the Serramonte branch—even though Google said it only had 2.8 stars. I figured it was a simple request, so I gave it a try.
I’m SO glad I did.
Lago was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient.
He helped me withdraw cash and reset my PIN in less than five minutes. He took the time to explain everything clearly, served with a smile, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. When I told him I wanted to write a compliment for him, he simply said he was just doing his job—truly humble and genuine.
Google ratings don’t always tell the full story.
Because of employees like Lago, my experience at this branch was outstanding.
