Unfortunately, I don’t remember the employee’s name, but he is a light-eyed man with little hair. I was extremely well attended by him.
Even with my limited English, he was very patient, kind, and made every effort to help me with everything I needed. His attitude, respect, and willingness to help truly made a difference for me.

“We used Patelco for our home loan and couldn't be happier. Their rates were the most competitive, and they offered points back towards closing costs. On top of that our rate floated down once during the process saving us even more. The best part is the float down cost us nothing, it is complimentary with Patelco.
We worked directly with Cecilia Diaz, who was the most wonderful Loan Consultant I have ever dealt with. She is friendly and always took the time to walk through even the most mundane details. She responded to every phone call, and email within minutes, if not immediately, and was by far and away one of the highlights of our home buying experience. When we wanted to close early, she had everything lined up and ready to go immediately, and because of this we closed over a week earlier than expected. Oh and that float down rate I mentioned earlier, she reached out to me within the first hour of open to lock it in for us. I hadn't even had a chance to check rates for the day!
If you are shopping for rates in this market then look no further than Patelco, and if you want an outstanding individual to help you through the process than seek out Cecilia Diaz! Five stars!”

“First time here, I come to open an account, waited in line, in seconds a staff came by processionally in greeting, listening, making people (me) feel First! Jenny helped me setup the account easily, timely & phone app. Edwardo helped me with other services & questions including by speaking Spanish (bilingual). Jocelyn, helped process other services in a timely manner without any waiting time. The Manager Angella checked in before I was leaving, I explained the Bank services was very professional, timely, responsive answers with great directions to requiring my request & having a bilingual staff is very easy for anyone that needs assistance. It has become my favorite bank to stop by for any banking. Parking is always available all around. I'm not sure if I caught them on a good day, but i have nothing bu5 positive things to say about this branch.
I needed some assistance with financial paperwork for my retirement and they were more than helpful. I had a appointment for Friday, but went in on Thursday since I was in the area. I sat in the waiting section and not long after a personal banker approached me and asked me if I had a appointment. I told her it was for tomorrow, but i had a few questions prior to that appointment. She was very helpful and directed me to a teller who printed out the necessary forms that I would need.
The next day, I was promptly assigned a banker for my appointment. This was a pleasant surprise compared to my experience at the Juniperro Serra branch where I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment tine and eventually just left. Here at the Westlake branch I was seen at my appointed time. I mentioned to the banker that once I left the bank I had to head to a notary to get the documents notarized. He immediately informed me that they provide notary service to their customers. So, that saved me a trip and a lot of time that day.
This is now my preferred branch when it comes to banking. Parking is plentiful.”
