Unfortunately, I don’t remember the employee’s name, but he is a light-eyed man with little hair. I was extremely well attended by him.
Even with my limited English, he was very patient, kind, and made every effort to help me with everything I needed. His attitude, respect, and willingness to help truly made a difference for me.
Honestly, I was moved by the excellent treatment I received at this bank.

“This is by far the best Wells Fargo I’ve visited when it comes to customer service. I’m always helped by someone I believe is named Christian (I don’t remember his exact name ?), but he is simply the best. His service is excellent; he always makes you feel very welcome and attended to with a smile.
Fortunately, he always assists me whenever I go, and he truly deserves recognition for the exceptional work he does. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing quality service and making customers feel valued.
It’s important to highlight this because at other Wells Fargo locations, the customer service has been terrible. Here, I don’t even mind coming from another area just to be assisted at this branch. They definitely stand out!”
“Due to my own inability to think well and a snafu with Social Security, I defaulted on my credit card payments. Instead of asking Patelco for help immediately, I waited and destroyed my credit. Ugh. Finally, I went to see Tony, the Manager, at the Daly City Patelco. He graciously helped me get my past-due account paid off and reinstituted my checking account. Tony never once shamed me or did anything negative. His only obvious goal was to help me. Wow. A Banker whose goal was and is to help a member of the Credit Union! I highly recommend Patelco to anyone looking for a small bank or Credit Union that gives personalized financial services. It makes both "cents" and sense!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to an employee named Lago at the Wells Fargo Serramonte branch.
A few weeks ago, I tried to reset my ATM PIN at a different Wells Fargo location near my home, but they couldn’t help me unless I waited hours to speak with a manager. Because of that, I never got the issue resolved.
Today, I happened to be in the area after a dental appointment, and since I’m traveling for the holidays and needed some cash, I decided to stop by the Serramonte branch—even though Google said it only had 2.8 stars. I figured it was a simple request, so I gave it a try.
I’m SO glad I did.
Lago was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient.
He helped me withdraw cash and reset my PIN in less than five minutes. He took the time to explain everything clearly, served with a smile, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. When I told him I wanted to write a compliment for him, he simply said he was just doing his job—truly humble and genuine.
Google ratings don’t always tell the full story.
Because of employees like Lago, my experience at this branch was outstanding.
