I will not be coming back here anymore. They have this new pharmacist that is the worst pharmacist I have ever met. Better to just transfer to a different cvs. The o ne in colma has this male pharmacist that is just very nice. You can actually talk to him and get honest advice. This new lady is the worst. I spent 45 mins on the phone, nobody picked up and when someone finally picked uo, they said hello once and hang up. I got to the store, there was no line.

I want to recognize Pharmacy Technician Rae. She took all the confusion out of transferring my prescriptions. She was prompt, thorough and kind throughout the process. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She represents CVS so well! Thank you, Rae!

Do not go to this pharmacy. it was the worst I've ever been to my whole life. Really really horrible pharmacist make me feel worse instead of better. There's no reason to make somebody who's sick feel worse and call themselves a healthcare provider. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anybody unless I didn't like them. I'm 66 years old and ran into the meanest pharmacist I have ever met my whole life.

The staff is nice and welcoming, ready to help with what is needed and do so with patience, a large branch with a variety of products.

There was this old white dude behind the counter of the pharmacy wearing a red CVS vest, not sure if he works in the pharmacy or what he does, but he had a god awful attitude. All I did was ask one simple question and he sounded like I was bothering him. Made me almost want to call him out on it but I decided against it since I just wanted to get my prescription and leave ASAP. I'm never coming back here or any CVS again, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Spare your self. Don't come to this pharmacy. Staff was horrible. I was facing a serious complication (it was visible) and they treated me like dirt. Made me wait & then told me they couldn't help me. So I had to find somewhere else - where I waited hours for them to agree to send the prescription (which they never did). My doctor did. It was a case where time was of the essence and needed help urgently before the issue could not be reversed. Unfortunately, they didn't like the way I looked, ethnicity or whatever judgement they used to not assist a fellow human that was having a serious issue. Poor taste. I never complained or was mean at all. I didn't have time for that. I was dealing with enough. I truly just needed meds. Which bottom line - they did NOT provide.

I prefer this pharmacy to others deep in the city. It takes a little bit for the script to be filled sometimes, but everyone has been kind during the process so far.Today I was outside and took some photos of the beautiful architecture. Classic bricks and walls do a good job of holding up the roof.

Hi, you've been on hold for 15 minutes and counting, but in case you didn't catch it the first 124 times, CVS not only has flu shots for your entire family, but 14 other vaccinations that can protect against Covid-19, shingles, and more. You can even get multiple vaccines at the same time. Hell, we will even inject them into the orifice and/or site of your choice. Wary of needles? Ask us about freebasing. Better get here fast, they're going like hot cakes, seriously. Still not sure? How about if we only put the needle tip in, just to see how you tolerate it. You might learn to like it. You're up to 20 minutes on hold now, you big tease.

The drive thru is easily navigable with a clearance of 9‘10“ listed but I believe it is much higher. If you call ahead or use the app you can easily pick up your filled prescription in a matter of minutes. They also do Covid testing with an appointment. The drawer is a bit low and meant for cars. So if you have a sprinter van, you have to pull up a little bit further and open up your door to be able to reach it. leave yourself a little bit of room away from the building to accomplish this.

We use the CVS STORE AND PHARMACY at this location quite often. The employees and specially the Pharmacy Manager Mr Cyn are always courteous, kind and friendly. The store is always clean and the pharmacy drive through is a blessing. Great place to shop and get our medications & vaccines. Almost forgot, they are excellent at scheduling you to get your needed vaccines.

This the bestests CVS!!!! The staff is beyond helpful, professional, friendly, accomdating, and well-mannered. I'm way impressed! I winded up getting more than what I planned to, but so worth it! They always have good discounts and coupons. During my visit I had to go potty so urgently and the staff was top notch about the whole situation and even saved my items at front. The guy who rung me up not even once showed any attitude but was so polite, patient, and understanding!!!! Other customers in the store were some of the nicest and understanding people I've ever come across

I'm surprised at the low star reviews here. We did the bivalent vaccine here last night (me and my 14yo). Made an appt. online a few ahead and everything went smooth.Simon, the pharmacist was kind and accommodating. The jab was painless. We also had a great time shopping and found some nice items.Place is quiet and not crowded which is an added plus!

Pharmacy tech Kristine (short hair/young) is rude and made this experience super uncomfortable. Came in for a booster + flu shot, right off the bat her tone was super cold. When she gave me my shot, she was huffing and puffing the whole time. I also didn't appreciate the fact that she didn't tell me which shot was going in which arm. I had to ask her myself. I knew what I was coming in for, but I feel like telling someone what you're injecting in them before you do it is important. Even a simple "did you have a preference of which shot goes where?" could've went a long way. This was such an uncomfortable experience, she needs training.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would, except for the pharmacist, who was the only kind and helpful person there. His "assistants" were four of the most unfriendly, unhelpful people I've ever encountered, And I was there when it wasn't crowded. This pharmacy is located next door to a senior independent living apartment complex, but I can't imagine them being helpful to the seniors who live there. These assistants won't look you in the eye so that they don't have to talk to you, and when they do, they speak in such a low voice and so fast that it's difficult to understand them. And if you ask them any questions, they don't know anything. Luckily the pharmacist could answer most of my and everyone else's questions - He was doing the work of five people! I guess CVS is having a lot of problems hiring semi intelligent people. I had forgotten why I stopped coming to this CVS, but my experience today reminded me. CVS, please try to hire better people!

Went in today for a flu vaccine, I asked the pharmacy tech "do you have the new omicron COVID-19 vaccine?" the response was YES.We (there are two people) are currently here for the flu vaccine, can we get the jew omicron vaccine? The response was NO, you must have an appointment... there was nobody else in the pharmacy. But we still couldn't get a COVID-19 booster without an appointment (I went online and no appointments were available for two weeks)???? Keep in mind, I was told they currently have the COVID-19 booster available and nobody was at the pharmacy???? CVS simply doesn't want to try to help prevent us from getting COVID!
