Dollar Tree is a cost-friendly retailer where everything is $1.25, popular for holidays like Halloween and Christmas. The store is always clean and is located at a convenient bus stop, making it a relatively easy trip. It serves a loyal customer base, which often means the shelves are rarely fully stocked and the variety can be somewhat limited. However, this location is noted for making up for that with its staff. The workplace culture is described as respectful, where all are welcome and treated well, contrasting with other locations. The staff are hard workers, with one employee highlighted for assisting customers, manning the register, and stocking shelves efficiently. Some operational challenges are noted. Theft is reported as rampant, with instances of people filling bags and emptying shelves. Additionally, customers advise not believing the posted Google hours, as the store has been observed locking its doors before the official closing time; it is suggested to arrive before 7 p.m. Despite these issues, many customers express strong loyalty, visiting whether they have money or are broke, and point to only one slightly negative experience due to attitude. The store is considered a reliable place that never "jammed up," providing value and a welcoming environment for everyone who approaches with respect and kindness.
I feel bad for the people working here because theft is rampant here. I saw 3 different people filling up huge bags of stuff, literally emptying shelves.

Dayjania was so great and the only worker i could spot in the store. She was able to assist me with my shopping, ring me up and returned to stocking and manning the register. She’s a hard worker and definitely needs a raise if she’s the only employee present within the establishment.
