The workouts have a high variety so it is never the same routine twice and they make it enjoyable. I just completed a special Sunday series focusing on barbell back squats. Not something I ever imagined I would do but the community is super motivating and I really enjoyed it.”

“Not sure why so many people complain about the showers. Mine was clean with good pressure and heat. I went at 8 am so maybe that had something to do with it. Minus one star for no in wall shower caddy though. I don't want to put my stuff on your floor.”

Coach Jesiah and Coach Lisa make every class engaging and fun while still maintaining strong attention to form corrections and technique. Their enthusiasm creates such a positive training environment. Coach Richard and Kobe are extremely patient, consistently offering thoughtful guidance and demonstrating fantastic attention to detail that helps members feel supported and confident throughout workouts.
