“This gym is a hidden gem. Joining TFT has been one of the best decisions of my life! It has made me stronger and less prone to illnesses and injury. Additionally, I have found a community of friends at the gym who are welcoming and encouraging. I completed the Spartan Race at the SF Giants' stadium in December 2022 with a team of TFT members, without whom it would have been impossible for me to complete the race. I have also lost weight based on my participation in a wellness program with Eric. Eric has a wealth of knowledge and is great at providing input when needed. Do not be shy to ask him.”

“I've been going to Fernando for about a year now for personal training.I've had several coaches in weightlifting, bodybuilding, yoga, and crossfit. I've also worked with several physical therapists over the years for injuries both acute and chronic (broken arm, neck pain). My goals have changed over the years. I'm in my 30s and work at a desk most of the day. My primary goal now is health and wellness. I want to be strong and mobile. No coach has contributed to my wellbeing as much as Fernando.I haven't felt this capable and pain-free in years. Many of the things he notices and addresses remind me of sessions with extremely talented physical therapists, and the workouts he develops challenge and engage me in ways workouts often haven't before.I could write a lot here but I'll cut it short there. If you want to hear more, or are a desk worker with a lot of chronic pain, reach out to Fernando. I would be more than happy to personally reiterate these things and more. You are not likely to find another like this dude. 100% well worth it.”

“I've lifted for a few years now, spread out over time. But coming to Coach Mark's gym I quickly realized I don't have a few years of lifting experience, I have the same year of lifting experience repeated for a few years. What happened? Poor form, injuries, overtraining, ego. In my first session with Mark I immediately learned that my form led to instability. Fixing that, I felt my squat secure and confident. This is the theme of Fullgrip. Low ego, form focused, and strategically shifting to heavier weights so its sustainable in the long term. While I lifted, I saw around me both beginner, novice, intermediate and heavy lifters. One person was squatting 500 for one, while another was repping less than a plate. I would recommend this gym highly if you are someone who resonates with the above. If you have commitment issues, and needs a more personal touch to kick your ass if you start getting off track, I would say a more 1-1 personal trainer is probably ideal. But if you have the right commitment to show up a few times a week on schedule, and are looking for someone to level you up past plateaus in a safe, long term effective way, I highly recommend FullGrip Barbell and coach Mark.”

“This Wednesday, I came here expecting a HIIT group class but got a personal training session from Fernando instead since I was the only student. I learned a lot of new exercises and also where my weaknesses are! Fernando was a great trainer and very patient with me. I'd also previously been by for a Zumba class where it was 1:2 teacher:student ratio and also found the instructor very kind and patient with me (a first time Zumba student). I would recommend both classes to newbies!”

“I've been a member for about 5 months and it's definitely been worth it. The facility is clean, front desk is nice, and this location has good groups of people to workout with. Cancelled my membership for now since it became a little repetitive with rowing and treadmill. You'll have fun and lose weight but it was time for me to move on. Highly recommend giving it a try to see if it's for you.”

“Fantastic selection of workout equipment. The entire 2nd floor is full of updated cardio equipment, including treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, climbing ladders, etc. The entire 3rd floor is strength training, with 3 full squat racks, a ton of free weights, and lots of other strength training machines. Locker room, showers, and sauna are also all pleasant to use.”

“Very clean. So far it’s not too crowded. There’s always weights or a peloton or treadmill you can get on. There’s an Olympic weight station which is unique.”
