“We started our kitchen and bathroom renovation project with Kevin Chow at Floorcraft in May 2023. We found Kevin to be very approachable and knowledgeable on kitchen cabinets, countertops, etc. He really knows his products. As a result we purchased cabinets and counter-top from him.Kevin patiently listened to our needs, likes and dislikes, and provided sound advice from his years of experience. He came to our house twice to get our kitchen layout and measurements, gave us 2 iterations of kitchen design drawings, and recommended several reliable and capable contractors to complete this project. We are new to kitchen and bathroom renovation, and often could not decide on or were unsure of which product is best for a certain function or area. We would consult Kevin, he certainly was not afraid to share his experience of what materials to use for certain room or which color for certain wall, and we found his advice to be sound and practical.Kevin has many years of kitchen renovation knowledge. He patiently listens and goes out of his way to assist us on our project. Because of his attention to details, he identified and helped solve the problem of getting a tall cabinet into the house through the tight entrances. We are very happy with Kevin's 5-star service and highly recommend him for kitchen renovation project.”

“Dude... I love Cole Hardware lol. Coming to this store is like going treasure hunting. Sometimes I'll wander in with no agenda and no plans - and then find something useful, exciting, or random to buy. Recently I got a "stubby hammer" - a mini adorable hammer. I also come here for gardening supplies. They have lots of soils in the back. The best part of cole hardware is the staff. They're knowledgeable and friendly. And not pushy! The staff doesn't hard sell you. One gentleman helped me find tools for de-weeding my garden. He suggested the cheaper option, because he said it did a great job. I've also gotten great tips for gardening. Don't let my photos dissuade you - go check it out!”

One of them had a style that we liked better than the one we originally picked and we saved some money. Henry was also was able to lay it out to keep us from needing a third slab. “So the range of opinion here is valid in terms of customer service and selection. It isn't really a typical hardware store. An odd mix of contractor oriented wholesaler and an old school neighborhood hardware store in terms of parts and "hardware".The reason for my high(er) score, is that if I am looking for plumbing/faucet parts, or nuts/bolts/screws, I am more likely to find it here than one of the Ace Hardware stores, or even Home Depot or Lowe's, which really surprises me.”

“If you look for plumbing items, I strongly recommend you find name Jo jo on his uniform, I have never seen any employee in Home Depot like him so warmth, professional, and helpful. He resolved my shower room problem perfectly yesterday . I can believe I can still meet such helpful worker in Home Depot, I always feel headache at Home Depot every time if I need help, most of them either so busy or casual, some of them not so acknowledge. I hope every employee in Home Depot learning from Jo Jo, thank you.”

“Beautiful selection of hardware and anything you need for your bathroom or kitchen remodel and more. They have high quality, gorgeous, real brass items you won't find anywhere else. Sure, there are cheaper places like Home Depot, but you get what you pay for - cheap crap... which is why it's cheap. Service has always been fast and friendly. I'm not sure about these negative reviews.But give a small business a chance. They go above and beyond and have been around for 50 years for a reason !”

“My husband and I shop at this Lowe's store 3-4 times a month. I love gardening. Tony in the Garden Dept is outstanding. In all the years I've been gardening, I've never met such a knowledgeable person of plants and overall gardening. With is knowledge, throughout time, he has saved several dying plants of mine. I also notice other customers wait to talk to him. He's very popular and knows his stuff! Kudo's to Lowe's for having an outstanding employee like Tony in the Garden Dept.”

Everyone could learn from Elijah’s courtesy and customer service. I usually can’t stand going to Lowe’s but he made my experience awesome.”
