Everyone could learn from Elijah’s courtesy and customer service. I usually can’t stand going to Lowe’s but he made my experience awesome.”

“We just renovated our kitchen and ordered cabinets and countertop both through Sincere. Gabbie and Emrick were the most helpful. We visited many different vendors early on and Gabbie's advice was the most sincere, and ended up being all the correct ones for us. Their price is very good and their customer service is excellent. From design configurations, to sample/color selections, to ordering and scheduling, to dealing with unexpected supply chain issues, they were responsive and really helped us every step along the way. Gabbie even gave us great referrals and recommendations on other related products such as kitchen hood and ideas on appliances. We are very happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone we know who wants to renovate their kitchen!”

“If you look for plumbing items, I strongly recommend you find name Jo jo on his uniform, I have never seen any employee in Home Depot like him so warmth, professional, and helpful. He resolved my shower room problem perfectly yesterday . I can believe I can still meet such helpful worker in Home Depot, I always feel headache at Home Depot every time if I need help, most of them either so busy or casual, some of them not so acknowledge. “My husband and I shop at this Lowe's store 3-4 times a month. I love gardening. Tony in the Garden Dept is outstanding. In all the years I've been gardening, I've never met such a knowledgeable person of plants and overall gardening. With is knowledge, throughout time, he has saved several dying plants of mine. I also notice other customers wait to talk to him. He's very popular and knows his stuff! Kudo's to Lowe's for having an outstanding employee like Tony in the Garden Dept.”

“This Home Depot is in the Emeryville shopping area, with a huge parking lot and is within walking distance of a Target, Nordstrom Rack, Office Depot and Michael's.I've gone there to get paint matched, and a variety of other household items and they've always had them.Lately I've been ordering online for pickup and they've usually been pretty responsive to get the pickup orders ready.”
