“I had such a great experience at Valliani Jewelry. What stood out immediately was the leadership in the store. The supervisor has created an environment that’s both fun and respectful — and honestly, that balance is rare. In many places, supervisors are either too lax (which leads to careless service) or too strict (which makes staff feel stiff and robotic). Here, it’s right in the middle. The team feels confident, professional, and genuinely happy to help.

Their approach to selling is also refreshing. They don’t just push products to make a sale. They really pay attention to what you’re looking for, make thoughtful suggestions, and treat you like you matter — not like a transaction. You actually feel special and taken care of.

At one point, a piece of an earring I was trying dropped. Instead of reacting with suspicion or awkwardness, they calmly helped me look for it and handled the situation with total grace. That told me a lot about their professionalism and trust in their customers.

Even with many people in the store, they manage to attend to everyone without making anyone feel ignored. Somehow the experience is so smooth and pleasant that you almost forget about the price tags… which is dangerous in the best way. ?

She listened to my concerns and gathered all that info to provide me the best option. Zales was the first store I stopped to look at rings, and I told her I’d shop around. She provided me her business card and said she’s be happy to help if I’d return. It was hard to find the same level of customer service and quality of ring for the price. “Finally, I had 5-star service. This was the first time I was treated well and professionally at this store. And to my surprise, she was from Brazil, which made me feel proud because she made me feel like Pandora appreciates having me as a customer. All my previous experiences at this store were horrible. I felt judged by my appearance, maybe, and I was treated very poorly. It was different with Thaís. I had already bought more than $10,000 worth of bracelets, and I found out from her that I was not actually registered to receive discounts on future purchases. I had never received a single discount, which surprised Thaís, who was very attentive to ensuring that I had this benefit. She also offered to clean my bracelets. I thought she was just being nice since no one had ever offered this before, and she said that it was one of the procedures offered by the store. I thought it was really cool to know. At one point, she asked her manager for help to get a bracelet from the safe, and her manager didn't even look me in the eye or greet me. It reminded me of the poor service I've always received at this store. But in the end, after I made the purchase, she was kinder to me. Now I am very happy and satisfied with yet another bracelet for my collection.”
