“I had a great experience shopping for a ring at Cullen! Victoria in the San Francisco location worked with us to try on a bunch of different rings. She was patient and informative throughout, and followed up quickly once we were ready to continue the process. Then we worked with Sherry and Gabrielle in Australia to customize the ring. They were happy to go back and forth with me until everything was to our liking. The time zone difference was not an issue at all. Finally, Victoria worked with me to pick out the perfect stone for the design. Overall everything went smoothly and was stress free!”

“Shine Little Diamond is absolutely incredible. The owner – a true one-man shop – went above and beyond for me right before Mother’s Day, turning around FIVE ring resizes in a single day.
These weren’t simple pieces either – they were all estate and vintage jewelry, including delicate and unique rings that needed real care and attention. He handled every piece thoughtfully, with an obvious level of craftsmanship and respect for the jewelry that’s hard to find.
Most impressively, he repaired a mid-century signet ring that multiple other jewelers told me couldn’t be fixed. Not only did he fix it, but it honestly looks brand new.
You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in doing things the right way. I’ll absolutely be bringing all of my jewelry here going forward for repairs, resizing, and restoration work. Highly recommend.”

“I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience.
I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious.
