From the moment I messaged Lang Antiques I was treated to excellent correspondence; they even put the ring I was interested in on hold while we discussed having it resized. When I ordered it they had it resized within a day (I was informed that's not always the case, and I'm sure that's dependent on how many orders they have), and they shipped it out quickly and it arrived just as quickly! Also, the shipping is discrete and nobody would know there's a piece of fine jewelry inside.Tracey McGrath was who I talked to, and she was incredible from start to finish. She answered all my questions promptly and really put my mind at ease, as this was my biggest online purchase to date. It's a family owned business- every time we go in we are greeted with smiles and kindness. We haven't had any bad customer service experiences at Yadav. When we were initially shopping for rings, some of the other jewelers in the city were arrogant and unresponsive to our questions via email- so we took it as them not wanting our money. We've had appointments and have even walked in without appointments and Maytal, Edan, and Destiny have always been helpful, friendly, and accommodating. “Before working with ADA, I went into the process of buying an engagement ring worried about the uncertainties that can come with buying a diamond online. Would the stone be good quality? Would the setting? How would I know that the stone I chose wouldn't have imperfections not considered in the grading process? When doing research about the process on reddit, I came upon a post by one of the founders (?) listing some of the things Ada Diamonds considers during their quality control check of prospective diamonds and I decided to work with them. I worked remotely with Jessi R of their SF location and the process was an absolute joy. There was clarity and transparency at every step and I felt confident that I was getting an engagement ring that was everything my partner wanted. For the level of customization in the process, the timeline moved smoothly, and there were various checkpoints where you could see what the ring would look like. Although I don't anticipate needing it, the complimentary resizing assuaged the nervousness of buying online. I would and will recommend Ada Diamonds wholeheartedly to anyone looking to purchase a lab grown diamond engagement ring, friends and family included.”

“First things first... Kelly is the best! My girlfriend and I started our engagement ring purchasing process by looking at other online websites for lab grown diamonds. We had a diamond picked out for her and all we needed was the ring size. We had previously bought a ring from Padis in Walnut Creek and called to get the ring size. Kelly told me the ring size and informed me that their prices were very competitive to other online jewelers. Upon looking at Padis' website, I found out that the ring and setting that I had customized was 40% cheaper than the other online jewelers. “I love this store. The styles are very unique in a GOOD way. With how much time I spend in San Francisco I was surprised I hadn't heard of the store before now. I was recently at Noc Noc bar literally right down the street with a friend on a Saturday night and they had a really good DJ from the UK playing. I actually talked with him after he was done playing and he told me he lives a couple doors down in the same building as the store (Wild Feather). He invited me over but that wasn't something I do. I did however, check out the store a few days later with a friend. I have since bought a few things online and I love every single one of them. I am super curious if the in-store inventory is consistent with the online selections because if not I would love to go in and shop in-person. I would keep an eye out for the guy who lives there but he was really nice so I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Anyway I love the clothes, love the designs and can't wait to shop again soon.”

After visiting some other jewelry shops in the area that were either too sales-y or didn't have quite what I envisioned for my engagement ring, we met Brooke. Within minutes of sitting down with her, we knew that Cresalia would be the best choice for us. We went with the option of designing a custom ring (their specialty). After seeing so many rings that weren't quite right it was amazing to see Brooke's rendering come to life into the perfect ring for me.
