“I had a great experience shopping for a ring at Cullen! Victoria in the San Francisco location worked with us to try on a bunch of different rings. She was patient and informative throughout, and followed up quickly once we were ready to continue the process. Then we worked with Sherry and Gabrielle in Australia to customize the ring. They were happy to go back and forth with me until everything was to our liking. The time zone difference was not an issue at all. Finally, Victoria worked with me to pick out the perfect stone for the design. Overall everything went smoothly and was stress free!”

“Shine Little Diamond is absolutely incredible. The owner – a true one-man shop – went above and beyond for me right before Mother’s Day, turning around FIVE ring resizes in a single day. These weren’t simple pieces either – they were all estate and vintage jewelry, including delicate and unique rings that needed real care and attention. He handled every piece thoughtfully, with an obvious level of craftsmanship and respect for the jewelry that’s hard to find. Most impressively, he repaired a mid-century signet ring that multiple other jewelers told me couldn’t be fixed. Not only did he fix it, but it honestly looks brand new. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in doing things the right way. I’ll absolutely be bringing all of my jewelry here going forward for repairs, resizing, and restoration work. Highly recommend.”

They Called a few minutes later and were able to do a workshop the next day!!! They actually bought us lunch and drinks and gave us some champagne when we finished!! They really took care of us!! I found a unique *denim* colored sapphire on their website and immediately made an appointment with Skylar, who has a background in jewelry design. She helped me put the design from my head onto paper, then had a 3D cast for me to view and try on. I had the gorgeous ring on my finger within 2 weeks, start to finish! The whole team at Giraux is relaxed, happy to share information and answer questions, and totally focused on you. No high-pressure sales or upselling happening here; they just want you to be happy with your jewelry and they will work with whatever price point you are comfortable with. I am already working on another project with Sarkis (who is sourcing a diamond for me in my price range) and Skylar.”

“Wow. We knew right away this was the place for us. So far we’ve bought an engagement ring, and two wedding bands. Their unique one-of-one rings and approach to custom jewelry was perfect for us. They are knowledgable, helpful, and willing to patiently work through custom designs and provide a deep technical input on what is feasible. They also gave us high-level appraisals of heirloom jewelry while we considered which stones we wanted in our custom designs. We ultimately made use of their loose gem library to craft a new piece. We also made use of their custom engraving to have our handwritten inscriptions etched into the band. Working with Lauren and Doug over the years has always felt inviting. Thanks!”

They took their time answering all our questions and educating us on diamond cut, color, and size.
