Francesca was excellent. I am a difficult stick but she made the process manageable. After inserting the needle, the blood flow to the tube slowed down, she checked on my state of mind, explained what had happened and gently adjusted the needle so the flow increased.

Terrible on time performance and after checking in, they told me to return saying my appointment was within 10 minutes. Still waited over an hour. Why would they text me?
