The worst place to make an appointment at. My appointment was at 12:00pm and they did it at 1:15pm more than one hour waiting plus when asking they said we r going through a list. Most the people who came after me been served. I was waiting inside and they claimed that they called my name but they never did.Go to other place don't use this one.

They don't do urine tests for employers here. Went there for a urine test for a background check, as directed by the background company. Got there and they have a tablet check-in thing that asks you questions... and one of them was "is this a urine check for an employer" - yes - "we don't do that here!" Huh? What a waste of time.

This place is a joke. Waited nearly two hours and was told they would not guarantee at 1145 that anyone else would be seen even though all of the appointments were taken care of. Even though there were two of them stated that the other person was done and that she would not be doing any other lab draws. If you will not take patients until 12 then maybe change your hours. Not sure why it would take two people to get done whatever needs to be done. I've worked in an office before and if we closed at 1200 then we took our last patient up until then and then finished what needed to be done. Seems lazy and like she wanted to enjoy her weekend a little sooner at the inconvenience of others.

-10 stars if that were an option. Came here 3 times for blood tests. Left each time butchered up and bruised. The first time, they couldn't find a vein. So the phlebotomist got help and she also couldn't do it. They said my veins are too small and wanted to use a pediatric needle, and I left poked multiple times with eventual bruised arms. And they asked me to come back another time! The second time, the phlebotomist also had a hard time and decided to use a pediatric needle. I thought the first time was a one-off incident. Insane. I also left with a bruise, and not only that, he didn't follow the paperwork and tests were missing, so it delayed my care and required me to return to complete. At this point, I'm traumatized and don't want to come back. I can't believe I'd come back here for a third time, but a nurse for a different doctor told me to ask for an experienced phlebotomist, and that should do the trick. Apparently students in training were the ones poking at me and doing a poor job. So I make the request to the two women phlebotomist, and they honor it. The one supervising took over, and I swore she looked familiar. I also context that the last 2 times were terrible and I left with bruising or had to return due to their incompetence. And same thing for the third round, they need a pediatric needle because they couldn't find a vein! Later that night, I remove the bandage, and lo and behold -- a bruise! I realize then that the more senior phlebotomist was one of the students in training that first time around! And now she's considered senior and TRAINING other people! All of this happened within a span of about a year. They're consistently incompetent and mess up. I've only had this experience here -- never at other labs like Kaiser, Sutter, or Labcorps. I've never been told I've had small veins and need to use a pediatric needle, and I've never been asked to come back because they can't find my vein or because they didn't follow the paperwork until I came to Quest Diagnostics. I only came back because my docs preferred this lab because they get it directly. Avoid avoid avoid avoid!!! At this point, my docs will just have to deal with a different lab because I absolutely do not trust Quest Diagnostics and will never step foot in here ever again. They do more harm to people who need answers about their health. Speaking of which, I decided to use LabCorps after this whole ordeal, and I only had to be poked once with a normal needle and didn't get bruised! So, it's totally Quest Diagnostics.

Easy and efficient! Plenty of parking. Make an appointment online. The Quest office is inside the large Sutter Health building in Suite 103, on the right hand side.

I booked through Jason Health (QuantiFERON test) for this location and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. The phlebotomist who attended to me was so kind and efficient. I was a walk-in on the Saturday before Christmas so that may have been the reason for such short wait times as it was much busier when I came in on the Friday. If you can get in sometime around major holidays I would recommend. Amazing staff.

Quest needs to improve their process at this location. The process for walk-ins are unbearable, you could be waiting for hours if appointments comes in. They bypass you, with the appointments. Unfortunately, the reservation can only be done two weeks+ ahead and no room for potential ad-hoc appointments should someone cancel. LabCorp is very efficient and more way someone and they have more appointments and walk-ins on a daily basis

The staff turned down an 89 year old hypoglycemic person because the Dr. office did not send the paperwork as "STAT" ( whatever that means). The Dr office had told the patient they sent the paperwork with priority. Blood draw had to be done early AM since this patient experiences hypoglycemic events only early AM. Never use this facility. They do not seem to apply common sense or have humanity in their approach.

Good luck making an appointment. If you show up as a drop in (which is often your only choice because appointments are so difficult) prepared to wait two hours, and they close despite you already waiting hours. Do not come here. Ask your doctor to use a different company. Avoid Quest, esp. this Daly City location. Again, ask your doctor to use a company other than quest if you value your time. Quest does not give a damn because they think they are the only game in town and doctors are too lazy to switch companies. Quest will only employ a single phlebotomist despite a busy location. Quest is the worst.

If I can give a ZERO or negative star I would do it. The people there just ignore your question, walk away from you or give you a phone number to call that no one picks up. Drug test must be done before 2 PM, the usual waiting time for walk in is like 3 or more hours. Tough luck if they haven't collected your spacemen by then, it's your FAULT for not making an appointment. Ohhh the online appointment schedule is like fully booked for 3-4 weeks in advance, the staffs that refused to even look at you phone regarding the no appointment availability. You are just better off going to somewhere then put up with staff that don't give A DAM about you. I wished ALL OF YOU BE FIRED. These ladies think they are too pretty to really provide a solution or even bother talking to you. Absolutely worst than the LOCAL DMV, this tells you who they are, all TRASH!!!!

Type of care. Disgusting terrible. Horrible. No consideration. My daughter had just got done her blood test at 7:10 am. On Saturday October 7th. The nurse told her for the stool specimen. We quickly ran home . We take public transportation. We live about 15 min away from 901 campus drive Quest Diagnostic. The philippino nurse just gave her a tube. She asked for the tray and jar. Philippino nurse told her you don't need it. Just pick it with a stick and put it in the tube. Now don't you think that is a health hazard. I had a container at home. So I packed the container with a lot of ice. It wasn't a big container. We were at quest Diagnostic by 8:45-8:50 am. As soon as I saw the nurse I told her I have it here the stool sample. It was very hot that day. 92 degrees temperature. Kept asking them to help us out. No ma'am you have to wait. Now its 2 hrs already. Ice melted because of the heat. Please begging them told them she just had her blood test done this morning nurse told her to bring the stool sample. No we don't care. You have to wait. Now it's 3 hours waiting. The tube started getting warm . Heat was really bad. Bowl started smelling. Was very embarrassed. The nurses white male asked please help me take care of the sample. Sorry can't help you. Can I just leave it on the counter. No wait. Nothing wr can do about. I was in tears. Maybe because of my skin color.i was treated that. And my daughter is on medical insurance. She is 100 % covered. She is on remission. Fraud people sent a very high bill when they didn't take care of us. Bowl started smelling bad. I had throw the tube in the garbage. Had to run before any will say anything about the stool smell. Maybe CDC should get on their case a very Nasty terrible horrible treatment we got from them. I did contact her doctors office and they were supposed to take stool sample right away. Health wise. Anyways he did Seton medical hospital for. You people need to hire caring and responsible staffs. Not irresponsible ones like you have.i will never step my foot in that place. Very unprofessional staffs. Talking and chatting in the back. Lousy workers.
