Make an apt... system won't allow standby change even if all appts handled. You can wait hours without being seen. Staff medium skills....1 or 2 skilled techs with a bunch of newbiee

I so wish I could give zero stars. They are unprofessional and turn away patients with children who have an appointment because they don’t have the supplies on hand to take blood work. THAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR BUSINESS!! How do you run out of needles????? I live 30 min away and now you just expect me and my child
To take work and school off to come back???? This has happened 3 times in less than 6 years where they just run out of child needles so even if you have an appointment , they tell you “sorry we can’t help you”
This happened to me today and I will never be going back

The staff is great. On my most recent visit, there was apparently a technical issue with the scheduling that allowed people to book 4 appointments every 10 minutes although there were only 3 phlebotomists scheduled to serve them. The staff did their best to accommodate every customer in whatever way possible. My wait was longer than expected, but not terrible.

This location is consistently understaffed, but the staff that are here are very nice and are great to work with. They do not have front desk personnel, so the phlebotomists are pulling double duty! They are doing the best they can. Be sure to make an appointment on the Quest Website because walk-ins won’t be seen for multiple hours and the appointment people have priority. Be sure your doctor put in the test order or you have an order on paper, then everything will go smoothly!

This Quest location is great. Not only environment is nice, but nurse that served me today was polite, skilled and professional. It was 9 specimens of blood taken from me and I didn’t even cry.

The worst place to make an appointment at. My appointment was at 12:00pm and they did it at 1:15pm more than one hour waiting plus when asking they said we r going through a list. Most the people who came after me been served. I was waiting inside and they claimed that they called my name but they never did.Go to other place don't use this one.

They don't do urine tests for employers here. Went there for a urine test for a background check, as directed by the background company. Got there and they have a tablet check-in thing that asks you questions... and one of them was "is this a urine check for an employer" - yes - "we don't do that here!" Huh? What a waste of time.

This place is a joke. Waited nearly two hours and was told they would not guarantee at 1145 that anyone else would be seen even though all of the appointments were taken care of. Even though there were two of them stated that the other person was done and that she would not be doing any other lab draws. If you will not take patients until 12 then maybe change your hours. Not sure why it would take two people to get done whatever needs to be done. I've worked in an office before and if we closed at 1200 then we took our last patient up until then and then finished what needed to be done. Seems lazy and like she wanted to enjoy her weekend a little sooner at the inconvenience of others.
