It has a good selection of shows. But what is up with people. Did they for get how to be friendly

I purchased a shoe and it's half my fault I didn't check but I received 2 left shoes and by the time I came to the realization of it and went to exchange it, It was too late since they closed early due to it being a weekend.Pretty bummed out but staff was helpful during visit.

Shoe Palace is known for being too loud and too bright, but this location takes it even farther. The terrible music was so loud l, I had to go outside to be able to talk to my wife. The only saving grace is that the staff is helpful. Otherwise, it'd be one star.
