I made a passport appt on the USPS website ahead of time. Everything went very smoothly at the appointment (no wait, no fuss) and everyone was super nice. There was a notice on the wall that they also take some walk-ins.

Location is convenient, front desk employees tend to be not very helpful; especially if you have to deal with the black lady who works at the last terminal. I came here for fingerprinting services after trying 3 other places on the same day. Everywhere machines are broken but here. Daly City USPS employees are very diligent and they genuinely care about serving us.
