Efficient service.Only complaint was that parking on this street is very limited and there are many businesses (and the post office doesn't have its own designated parking).Also, it was hard to find because there's no sign at the top like there were for other businesses. Look for the hair salon next to it or the US flag.”

“I was concerned after reading the only two highly negative reviews here, but I must say they pulled through in excellent fashion. Air France (AF) informed me after I landed that CBP had "randomly" pulled my (and about 20-30 others) bag for inspection. AF promised me it would be hand delivered to me between 4:30 PM and 8:30 PM the next day. To my shock and amazement, AF emailed me twice, informing me of the bag's progress and then informed me which delivery service would take charge of my bag. I called Sterling Delivery, they answered immediately, and said they would be getting my bag from the airport in an hour. An hour later, Sterling Delivery Services called me, told me it was in their hands, and then Eddie called me a few minutes before his arrival and then handed my bag to me in person at my front door at 4:35 PM! He was incredibly kind and after we shook hands and he took a proof of delivery photo, I promised to post this review. Thank you Sterling Delivery! And as a bonus, CBP must have hardly looked through my belongings, because everything was exactly in place and nothing was missing--except the lock which they had cut off to gain access.”

“Love this post office! I'm from Sacramento and because we've had business in San Francisco and Daly City, we yelped nearest Post Office! The worker there was pleasant the 3 times I've been in! I was super excited when he had Game Boxes available as post offices in Sacramento are always out if them!”

“UPS gets a ton of Amazon returns, and sometimes it can get really busy for those employees. This one I had gone to return a few of my items. The woman working was the only one there with 8 or 9 folks waiting in line and helping two customers at the same time with different needs. Myself with having to print labels for Amazon and another person who needed to have documents placed into pdf format. She was a Superstar! She handled everything tactfully.My review isn't of the store, but the woman who worked there late on October 12th, 2023. I hope she sees this and understands she did a great job.”

“Went on a Saturday to for the fingerprinting services. We had to wait for a bit because there were a lot of customers which is to be expected on a weekend day. Totally worth the wait. Staff were friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing with the fingerprinting process.”
