“FINALLY an auto glass place that does what they say, when they say they will do it. After 6 (yes, 6!) no shows from Safelite Auto Glass I was given the option to choose the company I would like to replace the windshield in my 2022 F-150 Lightning. Safelite absolutely could not figure out which windshield was supposed to go on my truck. I had so many cancellations and part mix-ups, delaying the replacement from when I made the claim in June to the end of September. I was put in touch with Elite by my insurance company and I was immediately aware I was in a better place. Elite stated they would use the VIN of my vehicle to find the correct part and call me back in 15 minutes to schedule the replacement. They called me back in 5 minutes and said they ordered the correct part and would be out in two days (one to receive the part, replacement the following day) to complete the work. The appointment was set for sometime between 9am and 11am. Elite showed up at 8:55am ready to do the work. What a difference from Safelite! The work was completed quickly and correctly the first time and I am now finally driving around with a crack-free windshield!I cannot more highly recommend an auto glass shop than I can recommend Elite Auto Glass. If you're looking around, look no further. This company is first rate!”

“Ok, here's the deal- the guy who runs this does his own work, is his own boss, is funnier than hell, and the kind of naturally smiling pleasant, even happy kind of guy that brings a smile to your face just being around him:) AND, all that aside, he's been doing this for years, is quite the artist, takes less than an hour, and it took me several minutes to find where the chip had been in the windshield! In short he KNOWS what he is doing, comes right to your car, and is most likely the most pleasant auto related experience, you will ever have :) I'm coming up seventy years old now, been around a bit, been more than a few places, seen more than a few things, have restored a number of my own cars and let me tell you, like the star rating above, ..this IS 'as good as it gets!!!'.”
