“The best experience you could hope for!

Windshield broke on Saturday and initially I was pretty upset. I have a super busy schedule and did not want to have to deal with the headache. I had a lot going on this day so I searched and submitted a few inquiries with different companies. I was worried since I KNEW that my windshield would be expensive and that the driving features would need to be calibrated. I was told in the past from a friends experience that if your car is lowered or has aftermarket wheels this could make it impossible to calibrate (what a company told him).

I got lucky. Andrew called me right away but I could not answer. He texted and I explained this concern. He immediately alleviated that concern and suggested going through insurance which I hadn’t considered for fear of paying my deductible and possible rate increase. Well, I was wrong about both scenarios and his suggestion saved me almost $1,000!!!

Andrew set up a time the next day where he contacted my insurance FOR ME and made all the arrangements.

The next day, insurance approved my claim, and I was scheduled for the repair.

The repair was fast, professionally done, and the new glass looks amazing. I took before pictures to make sure any damages (if they occur) would be found and I was happy to see that everything went in just like from the factory.
