“The best experience you could hope for!

Windshield broke on Saturday and initially I was pretty upset. I have a super busy schedule and did not want to have to deal with the headache. I had a lot going on this day so I searched and submitted a few inquiries with different companies. I was worried since I KNEW that my windshield would be expensive and that the driving features would need to be calibrated. I was told in the past from a friends experience that if your car is lowered or has aftermarket wheels this could make it impossible to calibrate (what a company told him).

I got lucky. Andrew called me right away but I could not answer. He texted and I explained this concern. He immediately alleviated that concern and suggested going through insurance which I hadn’t considered for fear of paying my deductible and possible rate increase. Well, I was wrong about both scenarios and his suggestion saved me almost $1,000!!!

Andrew set up a time the next day where he contacted my insurance FOR ME and made all the arrangements.

The next day, insurance approved my claim, and I was scheduled for the repair.

The repair was fast, professionally done, and the new glass looks amazing. I took before pictures to make sure any damages (if they occur) would be found and I was happy to see that everything went in just like from the factory.

“Besides the awesome job my tech did on my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe, I realized that getting this done can take a while, so plan ahead and set aside at least 2+ hours. I noticed a couple of Subaru Foresters that took over 3 hours because the calibration on those cars is known to be pretty slow. My appointment was at 1 pm, and they all seem to take a lunch break from 12-1, so the earlier you come, the better your chances of getting in quickly.

The facility itself is pretty plain, uncomfortable seats, and it could really use some desks or workstations if people need to get stuff done. They didn't restock the coffee pods and the vending machine was broken. Since I went on a Saturday, nothing was open nearby. The location isn’t near anything, so you’d have to Uber somewhere if you want to grab food or do anything else. I was thinking about heading to The Spectrum, but at $20 one way (only 3 miles away), that was a no-go. They should definitely upgrade the waiting room experience, more comfort, some amenities and I think they’d get much better reviews. Overall, good work on the car, but the waiting situation could use some improvement.”

“Truck washed and gas fill up every two weeks. COSTCO prices for gas. Waxed every three months. They a normally do a good job. Only issue I’ve had is sometimes they don’t clean the inside of the windshield very well. But if you tell them, they correct it immediately. Always friendly and courteous. Also, great coffee.”
